THE WORST. I was wrongfully billed for a service that I should not have received back in February and their customer service refuses to correct the issue and give me my money back. I would avoid Quest at all costs.

Horribe customer service. Ins forces me to use them they have billed me $600 for tests covered by BCBS. They will not refund me, help me, nothing. They told me to stop calling them!

Horrible customer service. I will never use or recommend another patient to use Quest Diagnostics. From now on I will stick with Labcorp only. What a mistake this was.
