When I was 17 I came in to get my blood work done, we waited for a bit, when I was finally called back this lady comes in and we get started. She couldnt get my vein in my right are so she went to my left arm and jabbed around 20 or so freaking times! She said that she couldnt find it so she called this guy in who found it on the first try. I dont think the lady was hurting me on purpose but omg when I walked out and for 3 months after, I couldnt fully extend my arm, it bruised pretty bad for a week. When I was 18 I came back in for more blood work (unrelated reason) and they refused to see me because someone didnt spell my last name right so it didnt match on my ID. I was pretty confused seeing as I was in the computer and the guy recognized me. Oh well. Its not a completely horrible place in my opinion. Mistakes happen, painful/annoying mistakes.

Waiting time well over an hour. Appointments must be made at least 3 months in advance. Always understaffed. Will not return to this office without an appointment.

Cant get appointment in reasonable timeframe, cant get hold of by phone. Tech are good, but I drive to one 10 times further away because I can get in.
