Well, I needed their phone number so I looked it up online and found this list of bad reviews so I read on. As I drove to the place I thought to myself, let me keep an open mind, but I was prepared for the worst. I was a bit frustrated that there were no appointment slots available (I went on a Friday, about 1300) and that nobody would pick up the phone, only to hear some annoying recording. I arrive and find the place empty, literally - not a soul in the waiting area, and think well what about all the appointment slots having been taken? Whatever, I press on with an open mind. I already heard the story about the sign in sheet so I immediately signed in. A lady acknowledged me having signed in an another asked me if I was ready before I even had a chance to sit down (which I was not) I replied I was not so she offered me water if I would like some. I filled a cup and drank but then another, different lady politely asked me if I was ready where I replied, in a few minutes. After having sat down for a bit, I advised I was ready and went to the back. Three clients arrived after had the chance to sit and like with me the dialogue did seem a bit monotone, but professional, my feelings were fine. Throughout the entire process I was helped by Carmin if I remember her name correctly, she was not monotone, very polite, personable and courteous, and all the while dealt with me with a professional manner. Carmin and I got into a friendly, general talk about the weather to clear the silence/dead air if I understood her motive correctly. I asked why it was so empty and yet no appointments available online she advised that I came at a great time, they had seen 80 people, for that day I was number 81 in the system (she did show me the screen how the system labeled me #81 for that day - I did not see any other persons data). It would appear to me that the staff had been replaced or that maybe because the place was empty, whatever the case may be I had nothing negative to add to this list of horror stories despite thinking that I would be writing a similarly negative story to add to all the others. I give a 5-star outstanding job rating to the ladies on duty when I came by (11/01/13 - 1300) and it is likely they have given others a similarly positive experience. It is a shame though how anger frequently energizes a customer to write about their frustration but a good experience infrequently does. I was going to write about my experience regardless of the outcome and fortunately for me, and the staff on duty at the Quest Diagnostics Wesley Chapel PSC, I had a positive experience amidst all the negative postings here. I am here to tell you readers that you never know how things are going to turn out, go in with an open mind, but always prepare for the worst. Again, my hat is off to the ladies on duty - Great Job!! Keep up the great work!!!

I was direct to Quest to have a urine test done for employment. I signed in as I was supposed to do and took my urine test as I was suppose to. Because I used a Government Spouse ID, the lab tech put my primary name on the form instead of mine. I signed the test but did not notice that the lab tech had my wifes name at the top of the form and my name at the bottom. It took hours for Quest to understand that the names were wrong but by the time they did (unknown if they have corrected the problem) it was too late. The company that I was looking to hired by rescinded the offer all because if they get audited they have nothing to show that I was the actual person that did the test. I am getting a lawyer, even if they change the name, because it is too late. Be careful when you do a test from them. Its customer service at its best.

I was not satisfied with my experience here. The first time I attempted to get my labs done, I was a "walk-in" I sat in the shabby lobby, loaded with other people--who had appointments apparently. I waited for over an hour, while they only took people with appointments. I know that this is a double edge sword to complain about, and I understand they must get their clients with appointments in first. However, maybe they should decline walk-ins. or have a better system (perhaps 3 people with appointments then 1 walk-in?) I finally left, and made an appointment for the next day. I still waited 20 minutes for my labs to be drawn. So, I guess lesson learned always make and appointment and plan to be there for atleast and hour. Overall, staff was lacking in customer service, and it was too disorganized for my liking.

Not really sure where some of these reviews come from, but apparently peoples expectations are far too high. It is a lab center after all and loud people and screaming babies are part of the landscape, has nothing to do with the lab. Now with that said, when I went in this morning, all of the staff I encountered were very courteous and professional! I went early without an appointment and I was walking out the door within 20 minutes although I would have expected a longer wait later in the day. They also have options for appointments. Either way, I find it rare to wait for lab work no matter where I go. For the record, I would take the other, older comments with a grain of salt. Overall, I was very satisfied with the facility, the staff, and the service.

Listen, listen and listen to me good! This place sucks with a capital "S". First going in the place be careful there is a step up sidewalk with no warning, (sign # 1) then there was no on to greet me when I came in, (sign # 2). The tv extension cord was dangling in mid air, (sign # 3), when I asked for the corporate phone number they said they dont give it out (sign # 4). I wonder about the legality of this place in the back of an industrial complex? Rude, broken English speaking staff, if your insurance take other phlebotomist, (people that draw blood) and you want to be treated with common respect go else where! I could write forever about this ill mannered place. Ok yall I had to go back and it was much better.

I give this 4 stars - (google labels as "Liked it") I cant say I ever like getting bloodwork. But this place doesnt deserve the scathing reviews. Ive been going here for a few years. I like that its conveniently close to my house. If you make an appt, even when the place is swamped, they will get you in and out in 15 minutes (I think it was longer once, but not much). This isnt a spa. They are busy and get the job done. They are are very thorough with paperwork despite how busy they are. They always make sure to have you check and double check all your personal information. They have never messed up a test or lost faxed paperwork. Works for me!
