They were very quick, I will give them that. However, when told I have a fear of needles: they proceeded to get the blood work stuff out right in front of me and prepare all the needles in front of me - WHILE taking my blood pressure. Shockingly I had high blood pressure. It appears it is difficult to have low blood pressure when your fist is clenched - you are holding your arm down (which she had me do), and talking to answer the questions that they are asking at the time. They then decided to take blood from my right arm instead of my left, and instead of going in the big vein that everyone else uses - they went from the side of my arm. This was painful, and took several weeks for the bruising to go away. All in all, I will not ever go back here. This place did nothing more than cement my distrust for places like this. The only thing I had asked was to please be as easy as possible on blood work since I dont like needles and having my blood drawn. Instead, it was like they went out of their way to make it worse.

Good service, we are on time for our appt. The ladies here are sweet and lovely! However, there is a television here that is constantly tuned in to CNN. If you are not a fan of the political media, like me, or if you dont want to start your day off with negative biased news, like me, reconsider this location. I know I will in the future. Other doctor offices normally have the Health Network on or something appropriately related. Its not a terribly big deal but for some of us, like me (lol) we just dont want to hear it.

Automated system sucks! The system is based on time and date, but doesnt allow searching more than one location. (If they dont have an opening at your desired time or date, you must hang up and start over with a different location. If they still dont have a convenient appointment, you must hang up again, and start over. Then...

Terrible service. I asked that my results be faxed, wrote the fax number on the lab request and highlighted it with bright yellow. Never got results faxed so I had to hold for 37 minutes just to ask them to do it again. Training is non-existent at Quest. With lab results costing so much youd think they could do a simple task.

My phlebotomist was AP (Apacelis) and she was friendly and efficient! The place was clean and the staff were all pleasant. Great experience! I was told by someone who had been there previously to get in very early so I wouldnt have to wait. They open at 6:30 and I was there at 7:00 and I did not have to wait.

My phlebotomist was Barbara and she was wonderful. Easiest blood draw I have had in years. Also, I had no wait because I booked a 1:15pm appointment online via the Quest webpage. Great experience. I will come back to this Quest location for my next lab draw.

I always use the online service to set my appointments, and never wait more than a few minutes to be seen once I have checked in. The staff are always friendly too.
