Ive gone to this location ever since my son was born, which was almost 2 years ago. Any time something was wrong, I rushed him there! My only complaint ever was that the wait times sucked. However, that didnt bother me because I always got great care. However, this morning, Ill never go back. I called first come first serve at 9am for a same day sick appointment for my son. The lady on the phone scheduled me for 10:45am, I said sure Ill be there. I get there at 10:40 and she tells me Im not on the schedule and Im "at the wrong location". I showed her my phone log and that I called HER 2 hours ago for THAT appointment. I tried to blow it off as the parking lot was practically entirely empty and asked if I could be fit in, and she said shes fully booked. Seriously? Last log in was for a 10am appointment. WTF?! At the very least, admit you didnt enter me into the computer when I called, and fix your problem by fitting me in. Boo freakin who, wait times would be a little longer. Now Im stuck with a sick child, and no doctor to see him until After Hours opens. Thanks for not giving a crap PHA. Way to go, you lost my sons care today.

What? Are they scheduling 80 people per hour or something? Hurry up and wait is right!! The ONLY reason i took my kid here was becasue the insurance pays for it. These guys suck at keeping there appointments on time. They tell you to get their early but everytime i go they say they are running behind, WTF? Everytime? Good lord!! And you are there with you child that is sick, grumpy, and just not feeling good, for 1.5 or 2 hours in the damn waiting room, only for them to stick you in the patient room to wait another 30 minutes?!!! Come on man, you guys need to get a clue!! Stop over booking to maximize your profits and start taking care of the children!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. If my kid was not sick i would not even be dealing with them, just LAME!

Brought my daughter in, waited in a very cold waiting room for about 10 minutes or so, went in to see the doctor and she was given a shot and a referral for an ear, throat and nose doctor almost 1 hour away. Appointment made for the next day, so I drive an hour away for an appointment made at 9:00 am. When we get there, the receptionist asks us for the referral slip which we did not have because this place was supposed to fax it to them the day before. It took 3 phone calls from me, my girlfriend and the receptionist to finally get them to fax it over, 45 minutes after the appointment was set for, then I had to wait another 20 minutes just to see the doctor. So I had to run late for work all because 3 receptionists in one office could not fax 2 sheets of paper over.

If you have the time, this is the place to go to sit and wait, and wait, and wait. The doctors are never on time, but they will bill you if you havent canceled your appointment within 24 hours. This is ridiculous. I have scheduled a follow-up for my child on two different occasions just to arrive on time to our appointment and be told the doctor is an hour behind. Then once you are seen, the doctor is in the room with you for seven minutes. Yes, I have timed it. Seven minutes. Ive waited two hours for seven mintues. Awful, awful, awful. Not to metion the parking is terrible. They just moved to this new office approx three, four years ago because parking at their other facility was no better. I do not recommend this pediatrician at all.

I can honestly say they have horrible customer service. I contacted them via phone and left a message for blue and yellow forms to be completed for my childs school. They failed to do that. Not only that, when I called to schedule an appointment the female over the phone was very unprofessional... I asked what was the procedure for a last name change for a child and the woman could not tell me. I also was asked what day and time would I like to schedule my son for his well visit-- I responded with a date and she said "NO" and said wait and then said "Yeah"..... I ended up calling back and she answered the phone "Oh, I just spoke to you" I think they need help with phone training/ overall customer service because I was not pleased at all.

We took our daughter to see the Drs in this group for many years. She was a special needs child that was always treated with respect. They began seeing her when she was four and kept seeing her until she was (they had to get special permission for) twenty one. We never had any problems except the occasional glitch which will and can happen anywhere. These doctors are amazing and caring and went the extra mile for her. Our child is gone now as her disabilities just became too much for her body to deal with. But she always got the best care with these pediatric drs. We will always be grateful to Dr. H, Dr J. and all the others that cared for her seventeen years of her life. The Anderson and Roberson families

I waited an excessive amount of time today. The office manager told me that they do not refund co-pays under any circumstances. I had to insist they place me with a different doctor just to be seen within 1 and 15 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment. UNACCEPTABLE. I was told this happens sometimes and we have to just wait and understand. I thought it may have been an isolated incident until reading these reviews. Apparently not! Our time is just as valuable as the doctors time and I refuse to have anyone belittle me with be happy and understanding with the wait times. What could possibly have happened that the doctor is running 1-2 HOURS past their appointments? None. Id go somewhere else.

I literally cannot understand the negative reviews regarding this facility! I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the staff, docs, and NPs at both the S. Tampa and Brandon offices. Dr. Hough is amazing with my little girl and he really takes his time to be personable and address any questions or concerns we have. My wait times are never long, Im always promptly and courteously addressed, and they have convenient after hours and Saturday appointments in the event of sickness, which is great for me being a working mom. These guys get my 5 stars all the way, and Im happy to trust them with my sweet girls health and wellness. Kudos to you PHCA!

I was advised only well visits can be scheduled, all other appointments have to be scheduled the day of the appointment and are considered a sick visit. The only rationale I can think of for this policy is so they can charge more money for office visits. My child isnt "sick" and doesnt need urgent care. I have concerns I need to have addressed. This policy is not convenient for working parents either, what since does it make for me to miss a day of work to schedule an 15 minute office visit. Going in for a sick visit, I dont feel I will be allotted the appropriate time to address my concerns. At this point I am leaning towards finding another physician.
