Update from below: Tell me WHY my grandmother woke up and found a CNA going through her DRAWER stealing gum. My grandmother complains about things of hers going missing all the time and its because there are thieves of employees?? AND she has to wait several hours to get taken to the bathroom after telling a nurse she has to go? I wonder when the act here is going to straighten up. This is a very sorry excuse for a "rehabilitation" center. They "lose" my family members clothes and then they miraculously appear out of nowhere upon my family badgering them. This family member is left in their old and dirty adult diapers, more than likely causing diaper rash because yes, adults can get it too when left uncared for. Im assuming this would be the case for the rest of the patients also. When my family member has to use the restroom they have to ask multiple times and by the time they get to them, they have already gone on themself. And recently, because of a medical issue my family member was supposed to be showered by 8:00 a.m. and hadnt gotten in until 11 a.m. And thats only because we called out the nurses for it. I apologize for the detail, but if this is what keeps someone from putting a loved one here, I am glad to share. Take your family member to a place with people who actually love their job, act like it, and do it.

To all people looking for a facility to place your dear ones, whatever you do, do not place them in this facility. You will regret it dearly. Of course, that is if you care!!! My mothers primary physician sent her here for 21 days of rehab and I ended up taking her out on the 5th day due to uncleanliness and incompetent staff. The dieticians had no clue on how to properly give my mother her meals and she ended up loosing 9 lbs in her stay. When things got dirty such as floors, etc they would just clean it with a towel and there they went. No such thing as calling janitorial staff to properly clean. Upon my mothers arrival at this facility, she weighted 147lbs and the main assistant nurse just wrote the info on a small sticky note piece of paper. When I asked them on the day I took my mother to another facility, I asked them how much she weighted and they did not even know, the excuse was that the nurse forgot to input it in the system. What a joke... The front staff, what rude people can they be!!! They just ignore you like you are just a bother to them. Thank God I took her out of this place, today she is finally back at her home after an additional 21 days of treatment and doing great. Please people, do not punish your family member by taking them to this facility. Remember, we all someday will get there.

This hell hole basically killed my grandmother. They misdiagnosed her leg multiple times after one of the cnas hit her leg against the edge of the bed. First they said it was gout and she was given medication for that, which the side affects are extreme vomiting and diarrhea . Normally they made me leave the room when she needed the bed pan (because she couldnt walk due to the gout) but I peaked my head in and her rear end was so red and dry and completely cracked from being so dehydrated! I immediately went to the front desk and asked for whoever was incharge and I just raised hell! I asked why wasnt she getting an iv if shes losing all that liquid, and they just gave me some bullshit answer. Then after that he diagnosed her again, saying it was cellulitus. Well that went untreated and then she got bloodclots and they gave her bloodthinners. Well to shorten this some, her leg was infected so badly that they had to remove all the skin on her leg, and the muscle and tissue was completely dead and rotted away. Now theyve given her 24 hours to survive and if she does, theyll amputate it. This place is ridiculous. Beware.

No staff... And the only staff they have they look tired and overworked! Any ways no activies, no nurses, bad service.. A lot of Residents with fall alarms and when they on, you see nurses sitting in the nursing station ignoring the alarms and the call lights and yelling "CNA i hear an alarm" think twice before puting ur love one in that place!! I made that mistake and i regret it! My dad is now at a different facility and he enjoy the variety of activities and quility of service, however not everything is perfect but things are much better!

Please do not send your loved one to this horrible facility. My dear Uncle went to this place simply to regain strength after a week long hospital stay and ended up being neglected and has now passed away. He lost weight, they ignored his medical needs and he ended up with sepsis. This place is awful. Whatever you do, even if you have to travel to visit your loved one, do not let anyone put them here. This was the worst experience ever for my poor Uncle.

My mother was there. Because of their negligence my mom is going on 2 years of surgery and infections. Still trying to save both of her feet from amputation. Its ridiculous how these people arent in prison. Just heard they settled 300 million for Medicare fraud. Again, should be in prison. I honestly dont understand why they are still open!

I have a family member a central park and I have do not believe some of the things have been posted about Central Park. The employees here work really hard and Administration responds to all concerns presented. If anyone has a family member who was hit or struck, I am confident that that employee would have been terminated.

One big joke for a health care facilitie. The care givers are only there for a check and nothing more. No matter how many people you ask for help no one helps.
