Scheduled MRI, once there advised I needed blood work before MRI. Would take an hour. After 45 minutes was told they would have to send my blood work to the main hospital in Tampa 3 to 4 hour wait, for real. Had MRI done a year ago and no blood work required. Staff was excellent thats as good as it gets. Hope no on comes into the emergency room and they have to send blood samples to Tampa and wait 3 to 4 hours.

Check in lady was nice, but thats about it. I scheduled a scan, prepped for it and was late for work to have it done. Showed up at the facility only to be told they cant do that scan and even if they could, prep wasnt necessary. What a colossal waste of time. I now I have to prep a second time (the second facility does require prep), miss more work and have a greater delay in results for the doctor.

Arrived on time. MRI performed on time. Technicians friendly and customer service oriented. Needed image disk of the test. No problem, done within an hour of my request. Only issue, seems a little slow getting Report to my MD.
