Less than zero the guy there i dont know the name but he is afroamerican and the other lady from India or close. When i arrive at 11 o clock the lady was on the front really mind she said your test star at 1 pm she didnt tell me any information like sing the paper and nothing and them the guy take the front and always said 1 pm for employment test but after 2 ours waiting for my test nothing happen the guy never came and them when i called at 1.20 pm he came and said i buzzy with another costumer.""" really after 2 ours waiting he was taking another costumer a fresh costumer came 5 minutes before 1 pm. finally i was go because my Sam finished the school at 2 pm and my time was to short . Basically if you dont really need to go there dont go its the worst costumer service i seen in my life.

Awful location, scheduled a 3 hour glucose test. When I arrived, after arranging my day, that why you make an appointment correct? They tell me that they do not have the supplies needed to give me the test I made an apt for. They said they do not look at their appointments. So basically do not rely on making an appointment, they do not care about those. They told be i can go drive somewhere else to do my test after I drove 30 minutes to this locations and arranged my day to carve out 3 hours, I have to now arrange another day to do this test. If they would have just called me to let me know they do not have the supplies need for this test I could have fixed this. They were rude, and also told me I should have came earlier when they had the supplies. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

The employee were super rude... It was my first time being here with my mom and I stood in front of the window waiting to talk to them. When the assistants saw me one of them said quietly to the other "what are they standing there for??" And the other just said : " I dont know they came in and stood there for no reason." I was like woho excuse me??? I could hear them clearly and what was I doing here?? Of course I was there to check in! Jesus. and the lady was just so impatient and rude. If this place wants to give their patients attitude, okay, I will take it. Just probably we will never see each other again and you will die and rot in this place.

First off, the guy argued with me about how to pronounce my name correctly and instead of apologizing he acted like it was no big deal. Second, there was no one there and I had to a long time. The guy is very slow and looks like he doesnt want to work there as if patients are nuisance. Lastly, because I had another doctor appointment, the guy was trying to give me advice about not setting any appointments after having my blood work done. Really?????? I told him I know how to manage my time and that his advice was not needed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Management does not care about customers. If you visit this location be prepared to wait for a while with or without appointment because the management only has a single employee to do all office activities, draw blood , phone calls. Pretty much to do everything! I visited today and the technician tried to contact her supervisor but the person never answered his phone. She was very frustrated because all customers were protesting for this inappropriate way to conduct business. We should not visit this location until management organize office staffs.

This place is poorly managed, the Indian lady is super rude! Patient care here is not a priority. They should have signs stating certain test are only accepted within certain hours. I waited 30 min for the lady to tell me they do not take employment drug test until after 1pm. I return at one she looks at me and says have a seat, calls me to door says give me your paper turns around and closes the door in my face. New management needs to come through and evaluate patient their skills

I am not sure if this is even legal, they make you wait forever, and pretty unprofessional. They do not have AC in the lobby or they choose not to turn it on, which is scary if they handle urine and blood samples. I was super hot in there and stinky, i cant believe these people can operate in this manner. I had to hole my pee for a very long time because of these clowns. I was already there and waited over two hours before being acknowledge from a sign in sheet.

I got there about 7:40 am on Monday, the lady at the front desk could not have been any nicer, the lobby was clean, neat & organized. I have an unreasonable fear of needles, so this is always a traumatic visit for me. The nurse that drew my blood was compassionate, nice & very genuine. Thank you for making a very stressful situation no big deal! I was in, out, and gone in twenty minutes. They all were working as fast as they can. Thanks again!

Place is unreal, they treat everyone here like convicts. Oh and god forbid you have your kids with you, they accuse you of asking them to baby sit while youre taking a 5 min UA for a job. Im sorry, my kids are 12 and 9 Im pretty sure the older one watches the little one. Not to mention you better get ready to wait at least 1 hour. Hopefully if enough people complain, companies will stop using these losers for pre-employment drug screens.

Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired and replaced. I come to Labcorp each time with a scheduled appointment. I STILL end up waiting for over a damn hour. The waiting room is always filled and theres always multiple walk outs. Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for those who work and go to school. On top of this, the staff is rude for the most part. I would avoid if you can!!!!!!

Be sure to make an appointment or you get treated like a second rate citizen! Waited for half hour after checking in and not even called up to see why I was there. Something needs to change. UPDATE: Made an appointment and came back next day. Arrived ten minutes before my appointment and have been waiting for an hour and have yet to be called up to see why I am here. How does this place stay open???

I came in for a walk in yesterday and has to leave without being seen after 55 minutes. Took the desk ladys suggestion and made an appointment today for 10:30. I got here at 10:10 just to be sure. It is now 11:13, Im going to be late for work, and still have nor been seen to do my super quick drug screen. Everyone in here is frustrated. I think I may have found Hells waiting room.
