Today I visited this office and was very disappointed because I couldnt get the service I was expecting. I have been doing blood tests for the last 7 years every 6 months because of my medical condition, but never had to experience a time where they couldnt take blood, charged me an advance and now I had to come back another day, and miss work or being late. I cant believe that there was no experienced nurse that could do the job. All of them (6 to be exacted) were young and just out of school. And WHY I had to pay an advance before even the job was done? Now I am required to go back there although I really dont feel like visiting this office Again, if I had to face again double attempt to perform a simple blood test.

Although blood draw was fine and wait was not long, blood work was never checked for what was requested!! Huge problem trying to get through to someone and actually figure out what went wrong. Calling the 800 number is the only option, and after three different calls (and one disconnection), learned that they never checked blood for all that had been ordered by the doctor. Had to go for another draw.

They skipped over my name and are still taking people back before me even after catching the mistake. Parking is a mess, patients have to park in the back while all the quest cars are up front. Youd think theyd be more accommodating. Incompetence.
