Ran into a small issue where I needed an Rx to be refilled. I spoke to Laura 5x the first day as she promised that this would be taken care of once the Dr. had a moment. Five hours passed and nothing was done. Then she promised that before they closed it would be handled. The entire day went by with me calling every few hrs and still nothing was done even right prior to closing. On the 2nd day on my 2nd call, Laura mentioned that she had spoken to the pharmacy personally herself, that the request was completed and I had to call the pharmacy myself to follow up. I had spoken with Pharmacy tech Katie, who was very patient and pleasant. She spoke directly with Laura actually, and mentioned that all she called for was to confirm what previous Rx was picked up, said thank you and hung up, but never requested the one I kept calling for. Long story short, Laura failed to provide the proper customer service skills to execute the steps needed for any patient to not leave a negative comment due to their bad experience....on top of lying to a patient. In the medical field, there is absolutely zero room for this when people are paying their hard earned $ for their health coverage and office visits when they are feeling under the weather, just to be handled in this manner. She most definitely acted as if she really could care less with assisting my medical needs. Through all of this back and forth, Ive been dealing with up and down fever. Even if the medical office wanted to discrimate toward anything, its not as if I have crappy medical coverage or none at all; My entire family have a PPO and is covered 100% through this medical office. So what was the issue here? Laura could have handled this situation a lot better.

I went to this clinic as I had been there in the past for the flu. I liked it. my daughter injured her self at school and it was a head injury. I advised the front desk person that it was a head injury when I signed her in. They took my insurance and copay of $75.00 and called us back about 10 minutes later took my daughters vitals and had the doctor come in to tell us to take her to an ER they do not treat head injuries. I was so angry that they did not tell us this in the first place. Instead of being out 200 I was out 275. I will NEVER go back to this clinic again, disgusted that they would do something like this. what if I did not have insurance like so many would they have charged the full office visit and still send them to the ER? Horrible way to do business and I will certainly spread the word around apollo beach and ruskin.

Definitely not EXPRESS. Usually long waits in the waiting room only to sit in a room waiting on the doctor for maybe half hour or more. If you need URGENT CARE - do not go here. GO to the Emergency ROOM. You could go in there with life threatening allergic reaction and you would have to wait your turn. On the other hand - the people are generally nice and pleasant but when you are sick - no one cares about that - they just need treatment. Also if you go there and they give you medicine that does not work - they will not prescribe anything else that does work - unless you come in and pay them again. Definitely does not portray PATIENT CARE importance - when they are only concerned about how much money they can bring in. Maybe they are all like that.???

5 stars just For DIANE SABEL!!!! None for Ana!!!! First I want to say you have a VERY lovely office!!! Your nursing staff is AMAZING!!! Honestly everything about your office is outstanding!!! However I will not be returning if Ana is EVER there!!! She has got to be the RUDDEST person I have EVER dealt with. How is she going to make me feel like a pos pill seeking druggie because I couldnt get into my pcm? she made me feel so awful about myself and made me second guess my choice in going to your clinic!! Diane is AMAZING she knows that sometimes with hectic work schedules its sometimes hard to get in to see a doctor at a normal time. Which is why I am glad I FOUND your clinic. And Diane of course!!!! NO STARS! They gave my young child and X-Ray without putting an apron on her. The doctor who is the administrator was rude and dismissive to my wife and she came home in tears. who wouldnt be upset when someone puts your child unnecessarily in harms way. No bedside or even street side manner at that. If the technician is wearing an apron why wouldnt the patient? Why aim a radioactive mechanism towards the body of a child and think it is ok without protecting them. It is not. Whatever your reasoning or belief about how low the levels are, it is always better to be safe. ALWAYS BE SAFE!

I went on a good day. Was in and out within a hour and a half. I fail to see why people complain about wait time when this facility is not one that goes by appointment. Your wait will depend on how many people arrived before you. Staff was relatively friendly and Doctor was very nice and listened to me thoroughly. She even told me were to go to get the medication for free. I was visiting the US and needed to see the doctor urgently. Once you have fee of $95 you are good to go. Other urgent Care in Athens Georgia was $160 so this price was welcome.

I cant say enough how fantastic this clinic is. We have been there several times and have never had a bad experience. The staff and Doctor are wonderful, you feel like you are their only patient when they are in the room. They care and it shows. As for the other peoples negative comments, we didnt wait and even if we did it would be worth it. I dont want them to rush me through. I dont want them to rush anyone else through either. We are sick or hurt, thats why we are there. Its not fast food. They need to take their time and diagnose us correctly.

Very long wait time. This is not an urgent care of you have to wait more than one hour to be seen. Checked in at 10.10am . It is now 11.56 and i am still waiting for the doctor. When i walked out to go ask i was told i was told there was one person to be seen before me. I understand that as an urgent care time cant be estimated exactly, but i have been to others before and i took me a lot less time. Needless to sat i am never coming back here.

Customer Service is very important , the front desk treats you like family and the Physicians and nurses are exceptional.
