This is the WORST lab ever. The first time I came, I had to do 16 blood labs. I tried to call and speak with someone, but Quest Labs does not offer this feature. You can only make appointments online and it does not allow you to include additional information regarding your appointment. When I got to my appointment early the receptionist was upset about the amount of tests I had. They took me back, I warned them that fasting and having 9 vitals would make me faint, the phlebotomist told me I couldnt because they were busy. Wtf. When I went for the results, Quest had only forwarded 11 results to my doctor. She called for the rest and Quest stated that I only gave them 9 tests, not 16. My doctor told Quest that they were lying since they sent her 11 results and some of the tests had multiple parts and Quest sent some but not others. So I had to go back and re-do 5 tests plus an additional 2 that my doctor requested. Fast forward to my next Quest appointment. I am being told that they cannot do 2 of the tests because they dont do them here. I explained that I already came here to have them done. After some research it turns out that my first appointment they took the 9 vials but did not notify me that they dont do those tests so they lied to my doctor instead. After many frustrated calls with my doctor, insurance and Quest Labs customer service - they were able to identify the lab CPTs and do all of the tests.

Anna & Antonio helpful, but lack of staff,no way to contact office have to go through a 866 #- my workers comp adjuster sent paperwork through this system, absolutely no way to contact office or a person even on 866#, my paper work was not there even though it was faxed day before an day of appt. Do not suggest walk-in make an appt, the lady who was to draw blood took me back,was ready to take blood,but had no orders on what to draw or test to be done until I spoke up, by asking "what test are you drawing for?" Had to inform it was workers comp., She pulled up a chart from 2014 an was going to go on that!! Not even the Dr. who ordered new test. My appt was at noon, had to contact my adjuster when they stopped playing fax tag I finally got out at 2:15!!

The "health-care professionals" are anything but professional. Handling dirty urine samples without gloves. Contaminating the blood draw room with multiple, dirty urine sample cups. I am a licensed phlebotomist and the lack of professionalism is disgusting and appalling. If possible I would give ZERO stars. Facilities like this should be inspected, and ALL employees should be trained properly on cross contamination as well as the spread of bio-hazardous materials.

Out of all the Quest locations Ive been to, this one specifically is now the only one I will go to. The staff are always kind and funny, putting any worries etc at ease. Theyre great dealing with kids. And they always answer any questions and concerns one may have. The office is always kept neat and tidy. The waiting time is never more than 15mins max. Even coming as a walk-in, Ive never been there more than 30mins.

Like most labs to get blood work done at, there is a wait (10-30 minutes) depending on the day and how many people are there. Yeah its not fun waiting but 90% of labs you go to have the same process. There arent 100 people working there so it makes sense. Schedule your appointment ahead of time if you have something to do that day. Just be smart about it thats all. Staff is friendly and professional.
