Bad service. Entré y estando adentro me dijeron que tenía que salir porque ya habían cerrado. Me mantuve adentro pero vino alguien más y me guió a la puerta porque no podía estar adentro. Cuando van a cerrar, cierran la puerta y pongan un letrero de cerrado. Vine por obligación pero no vuelvo más a este lugar. Primera y última ves. Mal trato!

Tried to call to find a exact location. Had to go thru multi prompts then had to wait to talk to a person. That person was a call center and was reading what I was reading online. What happend to CUSTOMER SERVICE?????? Really phone loop followed by call center. I needed a appointment. Are you by what stores? and what streets? They were no help at all. We still have choices Quest you are not the only place that draws blood.

This has to be worst customer service of a national business. All I needed to know was if a particular location would be open the day after thanksgiving or that Saturday. I had to call a central location not even in Florida and they had to guess based on appointments set for that location. What a disaster. I will have to drive up there just to find out.

The most frustrating thing other than getting your blood work done on a Saturday morning is getting up early to get your blood work only to have to wait for an hour because they dont open till 8am. It would have been nice if the web site was actually updated letting us KNOW that they DO NOT OPEN AT 7am.

The best phlebotomists are at this location! They must send the rank beginners to 17th St. I have gone to this new location twice for diagnostic bloodwork and found the waiting room empty, so that meant instant service by someone who knows what shes doing and does it well!

Since when did it become OK in the customer service world to ONLY talk to a limited capacity computer? Having to schedule an appointment in this manner is an insult to your patients and clients. It would be so nice to be able to talk to a human being.

longest wait time and they need a better receptionist. i waited an hour and half and was signed in before others and other kept going ahead of me. and we were all there for the same thing
