Staff lied on our first appt in 2014, told us appointments were not available at this location. Then we got hassled in another location for not having one and found out about making appointments online. Turns out, they *shouldnt* make appointments for this location, because they cant keep them. My husband has bloodwork 3 times a year and *with an appointment* it takes over 30 minutes every time. Today, we are at 40 min with no sign of when he will be seen. Going to look for a better location. Even if we have to drive farther, we might end up not taking an hour.

Poor customer service as the receptionist at the desk are rude, and roll their eyes. Insisting on insurance cards when they are not needed for the service.

Staff was super friendly. I was a walk-in; only took about 15mins at the most. Very professional experience, they knew what they were doing. :)
