I may not be a native English speaker but I still like to be treated like a human being. It started when I told them that I needed to know the price of the procedure before letting them do it. They try to dismiss my question first and when I insisted got downright hostile and refused to call the insurance company. That was "my" problem to figure out. The nerve. Another person from their staff got involved and it was just more of the same attitude. Since Im not a native speaker and they were very aggressive and unprofessional I offered to call my husband so they could talk to him. The answer I got: "I am no translator". I wasnt asking anyone to translate; I just wanted them to talk to my husband about any insurance issues. In the end I left the place deeply offended, went to another lab and got everything worked out quickly. And nobody made me feel like a POS in the process. If you are Hispanic or not a native speaker you are better off avoiding this place.
