Sitting here listening to the receptionist being dismissive to nearly every customer that has a question. Shes more concerned with people having an appointment rather than being compassionate and trying to understand that many here are scared what their blood tests might reveal. I signed in on the patient sheet and had my paper work from my doctor in my hand and I went to ask a question and she sternly asked me to sit down....."Fine!" I said. So Ive been sitting here now for 20 minutes... enough time to type this out on my phone, and still she hasnt asked me why Im here. Dont know her name...no name tag, but she has blonde hair and glasses and wearing a purple shirt. Last time I was here they screwed my insurance billing up so bad that not even my insurance company couldnt figure out what was going on. Giving this another 10 minutes and Im going to leave. I wish my health insurance would cover another provider, I wouldnt choose this circus of a place. I dont feel like a patient, more like cattle waiting to be branded.

When I first moved to the area, I had to go to Quest for the mandatory job offer contingent drug test. That experience was pretty awful. I dont even remember which clinic it was but I waited over an hour for the privilege to pee in a cup. The employees seemed more worried about where they were going to eat lunch...really...for an hour, I heard all about the places they wanted to try. So...bad experience. a year later, I was sent to have blood-work done but that time I went to the clinic on Medical Lane and I made an appointment (something my doctor told me me I didnt need to do) and what a difference the change of location made! These folks were quick, polite, talkative and very professional. I would not hesitate returning there in the future.

Disappointed would be an understatement. I’m on a random drug test list because of the job I hold. I received a notice to go get tested and to use Quest Diagnostics as the location. Called the office and was told (in broken English) the hours were 6:30 to 3:30. I show up the next morning at 7:00 and I’m told that they only do walk in testing for drug screens after 9:00. Seems the woman that answered the phone couldn’t muster up enough English to tell me that one small detail. To say that the woman behind the desk was non caring would also be and understatement. There’s no wiggle room with these folks. You can tell they love their job. At least she could speak English.

Very rude at the front desk. Do not go here, especially with your child! The nurse said she had experience with lots of kids but could not find the vein after she stuck her and proceeded to wiggle the needle around fishing. Had to tell her to stop and ran out of the there as fast as we could. Told my husband to go to the hospital and to make sure she was more hydrated... not even a sorry. Absolutely unacceptable and awful experience!

Excellent service !! Very professional and courteous-1635 Medical Ln..Ive had blood work done there several times and things went smooth. I commend the phlebotomist. I dont recall her name but shes the best, and to be honest I hardly felt pain. If you have children that need blood work shes the one to go to.Shes very pleasant and fast.

Saturdays is now by Appointment only! No one was informed of this change; it doesnt say it on the website either. Over 15 people waiting in line & only 1 had an appointment. They refused any person that did not have an appointment. So basically theyre sitting in the office with an empty room getting paid.

I have to go there often. Most of the girls that work there are very good at what they do. I hate getting blood work done more than anything else and they are very quick and painless. Its usually very busy there but if you make an appointment, you get in and out fairly quick.

Only a fool would get in his car and drive some 20+ miles without taking a few seconds to make a phonecall first. And the day the State of FLorida decides to stop changing regulations about your job every month, is the month there wont me any more monthly training.

Rude people. Called to get help. I say thank you but the person on the other line just simply hung up without saying anything. Not friendly at all.

Terrible service. Slow. Lie on the time sheet showing when they actually provide you service vs when you arrive so it doesnt look as bad.
