compared to the other offices that i have frequented for patient standing order drop offs... i have to say that this office is the BEST one thus far from sebring to naples, fl... kitty greeted me as she did everyone that came in with a warm good morning and the sign in directions... i mentioned that i had a three for three office closed before google or call center times yesterday... she apologized and then tonya apologized for that as well... then gave me the office number to call with any other questions... this office is run VERY efficient despite being busy... and should be the ROLE MODEL for other sites old and new... the few minutes i was there was well worth the wait... KUDOS!!! to kitty and tonya... you both have diminished my reluctance to do drop offs at quest... i will drive 30 more minutes just to bring samples there... THANK YOU!!!

They were swamped all morning so I left for I had a dentist appointment. People had no place to sit. A woman was complaining to the receptionist because she had an appointment but it was not acknowledged. The receptisionist said there were only 2 of them working!. What, a big city with lots of lab request and they have only 2 people working. I went back at 3:35pm and they were Closed!! According to the internet they are suppose to be open until 4pm. I fasted all day until I finally got home at 4:45pm. There is no other place for me to go for my insurance coverage. WHAT A DRAG.

This was the absolute WORST LAB EVER! Aside from the fact I attempted to do "walk-in" 2 times prior to today and they were closed before 3:30, their posted closing time. So I scheduled a 3pm, lost work, gas and time...and I even told them Im a hard stick. They TRIED ONCE!!! One time!! One arm!! Their staff was so absorbed with leaving that I guess I was an inconvenience!!?!?! Now they have my order. And no blood drawn. Ive never seen or experienced such an awful lab....unbelievable.

You can never reach them by phone. You call in the morning, afternoon or in the evening, "The message says voicemail box is full". In order to ask any question, you need to physically go the lab. Its insane. People work in the daytime....

I have been ging here for two-plus years. Ive never had a problem. The trick is to make your appointment with their online system. Im not gling to say theyre the friendliest, but they seem efficient and capable if you register online.
