I made an appointment for fasting blood work for my 91 year old mother. When I arrived I was told there was no record of the appointment and she would have to wait until everyone else was seen (at least 30 people waiting) unless I had the confirmation number. Of course I didnt have the password to her Quest account so I couldnt produce the magic number. Quest has a monopoly in this area and they are horribly understaffed. If you must go there due to your insurance MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and for heavens sake DONT FORGET to bring along your CONFIRMATION NUMBER!

I couldnt have had a better experience. I had never had to have my blood tested before and everyone was very congenial and understanding. The woman who took my blood was super nice and kept my mind off of it. I would highly recommend Quest Diagnostics on Del Prado Blvd to anyone, even the squeamish.

I am 23 and I have to go to quest every week to get my blood test done for my INR. All of the girls are so sweet there and I have been to other quest offices and have had bad experiences at the other ones! They know what they are doing at the Del prado location!

If you have an appointment, like I did, DO NOT forget to mark it on the intake sheet! I had one, received my notifications but the office doesnt track your appointment. You MUST indicate it on the sign in sheet.

They close at one. I centered my day around this yet their website claims they close at 3/3:30. This test is important to me and now I have to prolong it. Thanks ALOT

They were quick and combined the orders of doctors so they didnt take 20 vials!!! The girl who did the stick was great and polite and did an excellent job!

Its crap. They want you to pay with a debit or credit card before they draw blood. They dont do all the tests. The wait is an hour long after an appt time.

They close way before 3, I was just there and they didnt even open the damn doors and I know they were there. Now I have to redo all my testing. Idiots.

while the staff seems pleasant enough, this place is ridicilous. DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT or you will wait hours like i did!!!
