They need to move to a bigger, updated office. It is understaffed for the amount of patients. You can tell this wears on the employees. The staff member was complaining about getting through everyone in the waiting room before they closed. Someone asked if they were open on MLK and he responded "No we dont get that holiday off". The office is very run down and dirty. I was in the room waiting to draw blood and people were coming in and placing their urine samples in the sink in front of me. The same sink that had a sign about washing your hands but no soap. Finally after waiting they were not able to do my test because they didnt have the right collection tube in stock. This was on a Friday and now I have to wait until Monday to drive further to another location to see if they have them in stock because you cant call ahead and ask because they have the phones turned off and you can only leave a message.

I have recently had to use this company for my familys needs..When I tell you the man that sit at the front desk is incredible at his job(Cant remember his name for the life of me). He has made each of our visits worth the wait ..To the point I would return there instead of going into my doctors office to have blood drawn!The ladys in the back didnt have to stick my children more than once. Very knowledgeable and professional .

This place was extremely dirty and unorganized. The lady who drew my childs blood didnt use a small needle (butterfly) so it was an extremely painful experience for him. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My 2nd visit. My 1st was awesome!
