I took my daughter here to be seen for the first time and she had forgotten her id. I only live 15 min away so I asked if I could go get it and come right back. I left my 18 year old daughter there to fill out her paperwork and when I got back, they tell me we have to reschedule for next month because I arrived 10 min late. This was completely unacceptable considering I have waited over an hour in the waiting room for my own appointments in the past. So, after keeping my daughter home from school and wasting gas driving back n fourth twice, they wouldnt budge at all about seeing my daughter. I would not recommend this Drs office to anyone. We will be looking for a new one asap! This was a very bad experience overall. We came back for a second visit and they refused to see her again stating her insurance was no good. We called the insurance company and they told us her insurance was fine so we had to reschedule yet again for the following day. We come the next day, sit in waiting room an hour, get called back and sit there another hour. Kinda funny how its a double standard if they are running late but we run 5 min late and they want to refuse to see you.

I have never been to a practice this unorganized! The staff is not helpful because they are overworked and they triple book appointments so you have to wait over 3 hours after your appointment time to be seen. I do not recommend this practice and will be finding another primary care physician.

The wait time is extremely long. And then even after you get in a room you wait just as long. My boyfriend actually walked out after waiting an hour and a half in a room.

I keep getting busy signal when I try to call. Front office staff not overly friendly, I get the feeling they dont like what they do very much. Depressing environment.

Wait times are over an hour. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced. I see the PAs most times which works for my needs.
