My appointment was with the Heritage Trail location. The staff was prepared and very friendly. There was an issue with my paperwork, but they were very patient and waited for my doctor to fax in the order. After that it was just a couple of minutes wait. The nurse did a great job drawing blood and was friendly too! I would highly recommend LabCorp.

There is no way to contact a human being except to drive to the location. Like most health care today you are a number not a person. We were fortunate to go there when they were not busy so we had minimal wait time.

Every time I have went there the service has been excellent. Melissa is really good at the front desk and in the lab. She took my blood and I barely felt it. Thank you. :)
