Impossible for anyone to pick up the phone. I had a general checkup which was preventative care. They submitted it to the insurance wrong and than come to find out they resubmitted it to the insurance again correctly but are still sending me the original bills. I have two bills from them both from their first attempt. They are trying to double collect for something that is preventative. They have a F grade on the BBB as they just dont respond to complaints. Avoid them at all cost

We had an appointment scheduled online for 11am. We were in and out promptly since we did have a scheduled appointment. Excellent care received today from all especially Lisa our phlebotomist who only did one prick in the perfect place and was painless and they also accommodated our special circumstances. The front desk girl was sweet, efficient, and friendly. Good job Quest Team

The front desk was rude. They called everyone in and made me wait over a half an hour. The woman who walked in 15 min after me and the couple who walked in a half an hour after me were called in before me. Even after I told them I had been waiting. Horrible service and inconceivable treatment. Hello Lab Corp!

After reading some of the comments, I wasnt sure if I wanted to come here. I arrived at 6:25 am and was the 5th person in line. When the staff opened the door, we signed in and they called the 1st person immediately. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

If I could give no stars I would, front desk lady disrespectful as they come. Very rude, would advise going to a different quest if your looking for a place thats happy to have your business.
