Horrible time waiting I arrived at 10.30 am is now 12.12 pm waiting time 1.42 minutes do the actual test took 5 minutes people are going inside at least 20 people they got here after me. There is a mother with 3 kids she was before me probably waiting more than me they said they had appointment ok no problem do you want I call you and make me a appointment so Im not waiting here? Two old women just came into and tell the receptionist need to do something. No Problem says receptionist just need to wait two hours whaaat. one said well say one to another what do we do ? we need to eat , there is restrooms here ? Oh Boy!!! We will be out by 5 PM one said . Dont worry we will be on time with ours boyfriends appointment. I will call at if they told me will be faster this way I dont have any idea when I will be out Be sure make an appointment before going there if you dont want to be waiting for for hours. You dont make to wait people for hours when they only will be inside for a minute.

I went today with my wife, Tere Pizarro to do labs! You can go with or without appointment. They register you quickly, and you get called inside to do the labs quickly! They have excellent Customer Services and restrooms are impeccable clean! I will recommend this place without hesitation! In our opinion this is the best laboratory in Florida and around the world!

Best lab corp ever ... i drive an hour just to come to this one when I actually have one 15 minutes from my house ... they dont treat you like a number but a family member.. super seeet , gentle and caring ... Im scared of needles and they are so good its over before I even know it .

Made an appointment online for one of their "off" times, had to wait more than 45 minutes before being taken back for a urine test. Staff was completely rude and disrespectful, telling me I shouldnt have come with a full bladder. FOR A PEE TEST.

I took the advice of one of the reviews that was posted about this place, in which it was advised to come in at 1. Man, oh man was that person right. Place was completely empty, and that was on a Monday too. I was in and out before I knew it.

Best times to go for lab work is early morning or around 1:00 p.m. But you are always waited on promptly. Great job! Staff is always polite to me. You also can make an appointment.
