I did not have an appointment so I went early. When I got there I noticed I had lost my necklace. I asked one of the people at the front desk if I could go to the last place I was and try to find it. She said no problem because it would be close to an hour. I came back 20 minutes later and was told I was bumped to the bottom of the list because I wasnt there. I told the other front desk person that her colleague said there was an hour wait. Come to find out, they call you for your information and then tell you to go sit back down, the wait would have been an hour (I was gone 20 minutes and found my necklace). But because I wasnt there for them to take my information I was put at the bottom of the list. Two hours later I walked out. I have been to this lab a couple of times and many staff members seem so busy that there is not time for questions or explanations. It was unfortunate to see some people who also waited and didnt need to if they would have had some questions answered about their tests.

I have difficult veins but my doctor told me a number of years ago which vein would work & that a butterfly needle should be used. I have never had a problem and all phlebotomists have been more than appreciative of the fact that I am able to give them that information. However, at Quest in Bonita Springs the dark haired Hispanic phlebotomist (who said she normally worked in the Fort Myers office) refused to use either a butterfly needle or the vein that I told her would work. She butchered the job and seemed surprised that she was unable to get the my blood. She left my arm painful and with a 1"+ diameter bruise. This after having to wait almost 1 hour. I will never go there again and would strongly suggest that no one else use their services.

I went to the location in Ft Myers near Daniels Pkwy. I went there twice for blood work and tests related to my pregnancy. Everyone that I encountered was professional and kind, and made the experience as pleasant as it could be. It is definitely better to have an appointment. They say it is not required, but it makes for a much quicker experience. I would strongly advise that you make one so that you arent at the mercy of convenient openings between those who do have appointments. And be sure that you have all your paperwork in order. I misplaced one of my orders, and that is why I had to go twice (prego brain!). If you want to avoid risk of a bad experience, the Ft Myers location is worth the drive!!

Receptionist /lab tech Tanya acted like she was just too busy for client. She was rude and arrogant and talked down to patient. Wait time was ridiculous in light of the fact that there were only two other people in the waiting room. Two weeks later my Dr. is still waiting for the results. When I called about this I was told to call Tampa, but was not given a number. Totally unorganized and inefficient operation-needs to have someone from corporate come in and take a look. I have a standing order........but will never go back to Bonita Spring office.

This place is the most mismanaged, unprofessional, and incompetent place I have ever seen in my life. They either lose my results or just dont bother sending it to the Dr. Now I go in to have labs done on a standing order from my Dr and they have lost the standing order and say oh well we probably just purged it from the files. We do that every 6 months. IT IS A STANDING ORDER, meaning it doesnt just go away. HELLO.

Very nice and professional I made appointment online in and out in 15 minutes ANGIE N did a great job with me very nice lady made me feel safe and relaxed and right at home .I hope she will be the one on duty for my next visit , Thank YOU Michael Cooper.

Wow, this is truly the worst interface I have ever seen. I have always scheduled my appointment online but found it limpossible to do. You all are losing a ton of business-Neil Sharp PS to to site manager I will be expressing this by phone also.

I had the best service ever. The people were prompt and friendly. I had a 10am appointment and arrived at 9:50. I was out of the office at 10:03.

They are great at taking blood very experienced. Best to make an appointment online before going or the wait can be very long.
