today i tried both the telephone and online service to make an appointment at the mt dora fl center without and luck...so i drove over to mt dora from sorrento to make it in person...that was the biggest mistake of my life...after standing in front of the counter for more than 4 minutes while the fat woman working the counter refused to aknowage me , i finally said , are the one i can talk to about making an appointment ...her nasty response was we are booked up for three weeks...i them asked her to check to make sure , which she acted like i wasnt even there..after another 4 to 5 minutes being enorged standing at the counter another man walked up to the counter stating he had an appointment . she acted as if he wasnt there either ,,,after that he finally gave up , said some very bad things to her and walked out ....by this time [now 20 minutes or so] other were coming in and i walked out....quest mt dora is the worst service i have ever seen...im will talk it over with my doctor [who is a personal friend of mind ] as to why he and staff are using a place like quest.....bill walton

I used Quest service and completely got rip-off. I have no insurance, they charged me $163.00 cash for one simple test, I called my local hospital lab and for the same test they are charging $65.00 a difference of $100.00 more with Quest , how can the government let this behavior go on. most people don’t care because they use their insurance but for the rest of us that pay cash we are paying more then what the insurance company pays do you find this normal??? Stop using Quest everyone, they are raising the coast 300% for testing should we just close our eye on that, it is getting outrageous and wait till something happen and your insurance don’t cover test anymore, you see what it does to pay out of your pocket I am discussed by Quest and will never ever use them again. They did not want to negociate a credit when I tryed to cancel the test.

We were pressured into getting more unneeded tests by our doctor and came in feeling like we were going to have to waste more time and money to follow standard procedures, but... Wow, the staff here made it as good as it could be. They were friendly and made our unneeded tests as quick and painless as possible. Thank you for your kindness. They also stayed late for one test because of a one hour waiting period for the test.

I had zero issues here like these other reviews. I think the best thing to do is call ahead and make sure your insurance covers it. Mine did, so for pricing I had no problem. The experience was fine, too. Clean facility and procedure for bloodwork was professional and they did a great job.

Very BAD, I got rip-off, $100.00 more then hospital LAB for a symple test. No Refund possible from manegement or billing they just waht to take your money and dont care about peopel. be aware everyone Boycut QUEST.
