We have gone to Quest for lab work for MANY years. I WOULD HAVE rated them as "excellent" until our most recent visit. We were informed that a particular test might not be paid for by our insurance provider. After receiving a bill from Quest we paid the amount. Later we received a call from our insurance provider that they WOULD cover that procedure. We contacted Quest and they said they would send us a refund. It never arrived. We called again… "The check is in the mail." Its been two months and no refund yet, just promises persist that well be reimbursed. We will continue to call them but I doubt they will follow through with their PROMISE of reimbursement. We cannot recommend Quest after this experience; we now lack of confidence in their honesty and care for clients.

I dropped off 4 vials labelled with my information and paperwork from my physician. However, when the physicianss office called for the results they said they were missing a vial and that they had contacted me which they had not. I will have to drive 25 miles round trip twice, 100 miles, to pick up the test vials again from my physician and drive back to drop them off at another Quest Lab!

They lock their doors at 415. I got there at 415 to drop of lab speciman and they refused to let me in. Maybe should post correct hours online and on the door. Ended having to to hospital to drop specimen which took another hour out of my day. They have no direct number so you cant call in .

Made an appointment and got in and out relatively fast. This place is very busy and the waiting room was pretty full and a couple people were waiting outside when I arrived so making an appointment online is your best bet to avoid a long wait.

I have been here twice to get my sons blood work done and they are so freaking slow that it ends up being past the cut off time that my sone can have it done. The staff is rude and the place is dirty!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, energetic staff. Without an appointment and within minutes of closing time, I was seen promptly without hearing any complaints. Phlebotomist was fantastic. I felt welcome.

Very very slow. Not enough staff to handle the flow of people. Minimum 2+ hour wait every time. Very disappointed in the way things are managed at this location!
