Waited 30 minutes sitting an the lobby to be seen and I had to cancel the appointment because I didnt have more time to lose. I scheduled a new appointment for following week and it was the same problem. Waiting 40 minutes without any advise or apology that the appointments were running late. I had to leave again looking forward for finding a better place than this. I have been patient for 4 years and the two last years the service has been declining more and more. I hope this review help them to improve their service.
