This place is just poorly run. When you are there for dental care my experience is that they are always trying the high pressure "upsell" of services or treatments, some that are not covered by insurance. For orthodontics just DO NOT GO HERE. I have one child who started orthodontic treatment here. They offer extremely limited appointments (like once a month). If your kid pops a bracket, tough. If your kid is in pain, tough. Wire breaks, tough. My older child had proper orthodontic care in another city so I know what it looks like and this isnt it. I finally had to switch to a full time orthodontist office because I wasnt willing to risk my childs comfort or health to what I saw as inattentive fast food style dentistry.

My dentist was just too busy and didnt give me any pointers or seemed to even look to see if i had any problems. I was just a number. The equipment felt out of dated. I didnt go to the dentist for two years after going here. It was just one mistake after making the mistake of coming here.

Terrible place, they do your full xray then try to bully you into paying $300 for a "deep clean" and refuse to do your regular cleaning. They know youre stuck after the xrays.... Avoid if you possibly can!
