Apparently the "owner" replied to me 5 months ago - thats right.. STILL NOT CORRECTED. Hence the edit. Just more run around! This place has exhibited nothing but shady behavior to us. I wish my spouse never went here for his auto accident injuries. They refuse to hand over medical records to us or our attorney because they feel there is nothing to gain for THEM. They are one of those places that abuses the system if you dont meet their criteria to get big bucks. For instance, my husband had a head injury and their treatment was making it worse, so he went for less than their recommended time of 6 months of therapy. He switched over to a neurologist instead as they were ignoring his head injury and kept pushing him to believe thats all normal to be bedridden for days after seeing them. Irresponsible & greedy. They dont feel his time there was adequate enough to pad their pockets so no report and no medical records will they hand over. This certain place is recommended by the biggest scumbag lawyers, they work together while you get nothing! So we did not pick a scumbag lawyer that deals with them, therefore, too bad for us even though my spouse has major problems. If youre seriously hurt, Id suggest going to real doctors and avoid junk hole places that look to prey on you and will do all they can to cover up with FAKE ONLINE REPUTATIONS. What sort of America do we live in that allows trolls like this to thrive. They should get shut down and stop tricking people with their 5 star reviews. The doctors are nothing more than fast talking, used car salesmen. This place is all hype and seriously LACKS medical knowledge, and if you cant see that you deserve to go there. Youve been warned people! TO THE DOCTORS: If you actually hand over medical records/report WORTH WHAT IT SHOULD BE, this review WILL get removed. Until then, you are crooked and I will express our experience. Wake up crooks, its illegal to withhold medical records from the patient. All you do is give the runaround. Could you be any MORE obvious that your only interest is to have fat, undeserving pockets and not give a hoot about people in the LEAST? Way obvious! I started my journey here at the center on January 2, 2017 with intense low back pain as well as neck pain. I have been dealing with this pain and various modes of therapy for the better part of 30 years with some relief, but nothing significant. My low back pain in the last 2 years has been debilitating to the point of not being able to walk at times. I knew something had to change for me with the pain that I was dealing with and after an intense episode of pain in front of family members at Christmas, I was given the number to the center. I was impressed with the clinic and staff from my very first visit. After filling out the paperwork of my history, etc., i was given a full work up based on my symptoms as well as in depth conversation with the Drs about their findings. On day #2, I had an equally in depth conversation with their insurance staff. I knew exactly what my treatment plan was as well as my cost based on my insurance plan. After that, i was taken through all of my therapies ,, which lead me to working with all of the professionals who are, in my opinion, masters at what they do. They are the most professional, compassionate, kind ,, and fun group of people that Ive had the pleasure of working with. They are the reason that I am feeling and doing so much better than when i first arrived there. I am writing this at the last 3-weeks of my program and i am probably 75% better from when i first started my treatment plan. My sleep has improved from 1-3 hours per night to 5-6 hours per night (sometimes even more !!), my daily concentration and motivation has greatly improved, my mood has improved, im a much happier person ,, and ,, i can finally start to move and be active with significantly less pain than when i started. Their treatment protocol is definitely a time commitment ,,, but so well worth it for the exchange of less pain and a much improved life with the help of a GREAT group of people !! I truly cannot thank each and every one of them enough for helping me on this healing journey ,,, THEY. ARE. AWESOME !!! Many Thanks to all of you !!! Denise
