I am very disappointed in the level of care and service that this specific location provides. This morning my husband injured his head during a loss of consciousness and this location refused to provide any sort of exam and care to his injuries because they were unable to operate a CT scanner. According to what was relayed to us, (we couldnt even see the doctor, we just talked with the very polite and nice receptionist), the doctor wouldnt even think of looking at or addressing the cut on his head because they couldnt use a piece of incredible expensive equipment to check for concussion. We will never go to the Medina Urgent Care facility ever again based on this lack of compassion and care from the doctor on duty. Incidentally, when we went to the Twinsburg location, the doctor not only ruled out needing the CT scan by a simple examination, but also patched up the cut on his head quickly. So being turned away from the Medina facility was completely unfounded and cost us another 30 minutes driving elsewhere to get care that should have been given at this place.

I find Taryn Leachs review not credible in the least. I and several people I know have utilized this urgent care clinic on many occasions and found them highly compassionate and the level of care appropriate. If her husband had a head injury of such an extent as she is claiming, and emergency department would have been more appropriate to that level of injury and one is located less than a mile in either direction. Why she would drive to Twinsburg seeking treatment is beyond comprehension.

This group of medical centers all part of Cleveland Clinic and Rainbow Babies University Hospitals, is more than exceptional in its doctors and even more so in patient treatment. Thank you Medina Pediatrics, Dr. Memburg, Dr. Roach and their wonderful staff for years of life-changing/saving service. We miss you!! S and L Gibson and the Hutkay children.
