Such a great experience. First off this place is def not very impressive looking from outside (IMO). But the location is a good, safe commercial area convenient to Parma and as soon as I stepped through the doors I was relieved to find a pleasant, new looking environment with a relaxing and comfortable waiting area. I was greeted immediately by a young attractive lady with a nice smile and the check in process was straightforward and efficient. Im in a lot of pain and discomfort throughout all this so win, win, win. All good so far. No drama with my insurance and ID info (THANK YOU for accepting Medicaid! :) I was taken to an exam room by a nurse within minutes (it was early afternoon on a weekday, there was only myself and one other patient at the time so its hard to properly review the "wait time" given that fact). The nurse was great as well, another attractive lady, with a warm, caring, professional demeanor and a professional, efficient vibe. The basic questions are asked, my vitals are taken, "Dr will be with you shortly". So far everything has gone as fast, smooth, and as perfect as you could want. Doc arrived in a reasonable amount of time with a complete understanding of my issue, asked all the right questions, had the solutions I was expecting and hoping to hear. Dr. Dallahali aka "Abe" was his name and he was my kind of guy - an intelligent, articulate, unassuming young man who made me feel like an equal. (Ive always been sensitive to professionals who come off as aloof or patronizing - Abe was none of those things.) my treatment was explained in a way that made perfect sense, I was never rushed in any way, and Abe didnt leave the room until it was clear my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Id love to have this guy as my primary care doc, thats how good my impression of him was. An excellent, intelligent, caring young doctor. It should be noted here as a disclaimer that while I was in a good deal of pain and discomfort, my issue was not an uncommon, ambiguous or complicated one at all, so I cant comment on anyones expertise, problem solving skills etc. but thats typically the case in an ER/Urgent Care type of scenario. However I did get the impression that if referrals, follow ups, lab/ blood work etc been necessary that these would be highly competent professionals as the first step in that process. Im writing this review a day later feeling much better as a direct result of the efficient care I received at HEU which was delivered in a way that made me feel like a valued person and patient. It was a full 5 star experience. My only recommendation would be to spruce up the exterior look of the building and landscaping as it looked a bit like a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant from outside. ;) Thank you Abe and HEU! :) - Eli

Would you return: YES Comments: We had a complicated weekend issue when my PCP was not in the office. They managed to get the right diagnosis through all of my jumble, took the time to explain the issues without being condescending or sounding too busy (I was definitely not the only person in there), and made sure I knew what was going on. They faxed all lab results to my PCP as soon as they were in. The entire staff was super knowledgeable from the person answering the phone to the doc. The aftercare was beyond amazing. I had additional questions that I forgot to ask and they were really patient and helpful with all of my calls. Not only that, they asked me to call back with an update once a new medicine kicked in! Since WHEN does an Urgent Care facility do that? I like these guys and I am beyond glad they are so close! They are my new go to facility.

Im originally from New York and I came down for a soccer tournament in Ohio. During the soccer tournament, I ended up getting serious deep cuts to my elbow and even a more awful cut above my right eyebrow. I was so afraid of these cuts causing a scar, especially since I had a wedding coming up in the following weeks. I decided to visit Health Express Urgent Care, the pleasant and humorous doctor made me feel comfortable and calm. I was a little bit stressed out about having stitches done so far from home but this was one of the best doctors that I ever received medical treatment from. I personally wish that this clinic was located in NY, thats how impressed I was by the service provided. The doctor called me a few times just to check up and see how my cuts were healing. He understood my concerns and provided me with great medical treatment. My cuts have healed marvelously and I have Health Express Urgent Care to thank for that. Highly Recommend!!!!

Although it was the day after Christmas (observes for most) they were open! I got here with several patients ahead of me. They got through patients more quickly than I thought (and they thought they were doing poorly with getting patients seen quickly). This alone shows how much they care! Dr. saw me and quickly diagnosed me, set me up with treatment (nebulizer) and got meds into my pharmacy. Well worth the wait. I chose to come here over the other places covered by my insurance. Also because of one other rating of 5 stars by someone else. Glad I did. Ladies at the desk were pleasant (even when I called ahead). Physician was excellent. Made sure I was okay before leaving. And surprisingly said "call if you have any questions". I dont remember the last time I heard that after going to the doctor. * Every Urgent Care and healthcare provider should mimic this place. We would probably have so many less sick people.

I decided to try this place out as it is very close to my house and has extended hours. I was impressed. I was feeling awful for over a week (could barely stand or walk I would get so dizzy) and could not kick whatever was bringing me down. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and two days later I am feeling a whole lot better. The facilities are new and beautiful. The staff is friendly and I was pleased that a doctor is there at all times to see patients. They also have x-rays and full lab services so you dont have to go anywhere else. They also called to follow up to see how I was doing. I will definitely be going back for any urgent care needs.

These doctors are great! The whole urgent care was designed to help people have as little wait time as possible. If youre considering where to go within 20 miles, go here - I promise youll save any extra drive time in little to no wait time. The doctors are young, passionate, and committed. Their facility is clean, nurses are kind, and they take enough time with you to help you understand any issues youre having. Theyre also open in the evenings past primary care practitioner hours. Their billing policy of having a credit card on file is super convenient and much appreciated.

Great staff. Very nice. I have a concussion and I went to the ER to get 10 staples and 2 stitches and the doctor at the ER sent me to work the following day. The ER doctor gave me something for pain NOT anything for the swelling of my head. I went to this Urgent Care this passed Friday and he seemed very concerned of my injury. He gave me the proper medication and he is having me take time off of work due to the concussion. Although I am VERY bored sitting at home but also VERY pleased with this Urgent Care. 5 stars for sure!
