I go here for mental health and regular Dr. checkups. The process to actually see a dr, councilor, and psychiatrist was a few months, but after that initial wait period, Im well taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly and even though Im quiet, they all greet me by name with a smile. Usually when I arrive for therapy, theres a large group of people in the waiting room for group counciling on drug addiction. Seeing the people actually being helped and thriving from it is always nice. I did have a bit of a problem with my dr the first time, but I think after I did the urine and blood test and she found out I wasnt a drug addict, we were on the same page. I like her a lot now. My therapist is absolutely amazing, and my psychiatrist is really nice as well, though Ive only met her once so far.

I have been going to Signature Health for about 2 years, the Garfield Heights location only about 6 weeks, but this location is excellent. Good providers at Garfield and Ashtabula, but Garfield Heights has been so good! Highly recommended and I have referred friends already! The one thing I will add, do not accept an appointment with Dr. Gross. She is rude, demeaning and always, always late. The other people I have seen are excellent, but she is absolutely not worth the time or effort.

It makes me laugh to see people put negative comments on this. These people are god S ent, angels. They are here to help addict get sober and live an amazing life. That is exactly what they have helped me do. Bottom line is the staff is brutally honest because seriously, our lives are at stake here. Wake the hell up. Thank you so much to the staff and Drs for saving my life. Going on 4 yrs sober and this has been they only treatment facility that has truley worked.

The staff. The nurses. The doctor. That my family member see. Cannot say enough for them . The are God sent angels and saints. We had to wait once 2 hrs. That was once. Every other time we where always one schedule. When you call for an issue. Well within 24 hours you receive a call back. Usually within 4 hrs. (They have other people to tend to) agian will tell all if you need the kind of help they are there for . By all means this is the place

The staff is nice but however the Doctor was terrible. He tried labeling me as a drug addict for taking Toradol. Toaradol is a anti inflammatory drug NOT AN OPIOID DRUG. The doctor did not help me at all with my anxiety problems also prejudged me as a drug addict because someone in my family did drugs. Doctors swore an oath to help people he should be fired. Yeah good place if you have a "REAL DRUG PROBLEM."

i have a shared parenting situation. the secretaries refused to even tell me when the appointments are. i legally have the right to that information. they diagnosed my daughterand i believe it was based on lies that her father tells them. i think he gets social security for her. im not sure. overall i feel they are very unprofessional and i would not recommend them unless you are doctor shopping.

Employees are EXTREMELY RUDE. The receptionist have very nasty attitudes. Specifically a women named Latricia. I called to schedule an appointment and i was talked to in a very disrespectful tone of voice. Then she said she would transfer me to the supervisor and hung up. I will be reporting this.

I go there for mental health, I ran into a problem with one of the doctors, and the supervisor refused to switch me, until I said I will be going somewhere else. The doctor in question, is very rude and indignant, all of the staff is nice and friendly

Was a patient there until one of the cdc (who will remain nameless) straight up lied & got me kicked out! To make it even worse, my piss test PROVED that he was lying and they still kicked me out.....
