Im going to find a new dr asap. This place has gone down hill. I miss my doctor iraminish dont think i spelled it right. Lol i was told my thyroid biopsy came out fine. I asked for the paper work on it and i saw it says abnormal. What the hell. Doctor stokes sucks this thyroid has grown bigger with in A week i cant hardly breath or talk. Its hard to swallow anything. I called a thyroid doctor on my own and they cant get me in until January 31st. I hope it dont grow to large were i cant breath at all. If he would of read the report right and was honest he would of had the girls on the front dest to call and make me an appointment and i would of got in sooner. Not happy at all. Never going back to them ever again. Oh i was told i have copd and never got tested for it. So im doing inhalers probably for no reason. I wish doctor iraminish was still there. He was the only good doctor there.

Getting a new Dr asap!! Last visit I had I was good on my inhaler because I dont use it much,well these last few days Ive been using it a lot ..so I called in to see if I could get it refilled now and they said itll be 15$ charge what kind of crap is that I was in there a month ago and they asked if I needed it at that time and I of course didnt but now I do!!! This place only cares about finding new ways to rip people off...you could be needing a medicine refilled thats gonna save your life instead of just calling it in they make you make a appointment because you know your only on the same dam blood pressure pills now for over 6 years but you gotta come in just to get a refill of the meds youve been on for 6 years,fed up and moving on asap!! Cant even get in within a reasonable amount of time 3 weeks is bs!! It was so much better there with Dr iriamanesh

I came in on a Saturday only to expect a long wait in line and tons of paperwork to fill out being a new patient. I was surprised to find and nice energetic staff that was more than willing to help me while I was sick and in pain. Tina helped me with my new patient paperwork and was very kind. Dreyia did my check up while I waited for the Dr. She was so nice and helped me be at ease. The questions were easy to understand and she was a very caring Nurse. I saw a Doctor Stokes who checked me over for everything. He made me feel a lot better with his knowledge, understanding, and sympathy of the pain I was in. I loved my experience here and would recommend it to everyone. Im not a huge fan of doctors offices or hospitals but this one was a nice one.

I have been taking my family and going to Norton Family for 7 years. In that time, the quality of care has gone down significantly. When the doctors order x-rays, ultrasounds, etc with the local hospital and schedule the appointment, the hospital never has the order when we go. Then, the doctors office doesnt follow up to get the records from the hospital. It took 2 weeks for my husband to find out that he had gallstones from the office due to an ultrasound. We are looking for a new place to go.

Stokes needs to retire. He was given a paper to be filled out for work during an appointment weeks ago and hasnt gotten it done. A job is on the line because he neglected to see to the patients requested. He may have just forgotten but youre a doctor and patients need to be taken care of. For me personally I no longer see him regularly because I feel as though hes becoming incompetent. Ive been given diagnosis that seem plausible but Ive had some go completely ignored when the answer seems very clear

Drs are great and are helpful. However everytime I go the front desk staff are very rude.. When I called to make an appt I was on hold for over 10 min.. When I left this morning.. I asked the gal who checked me out if I can have a work excuse.. Didnt even answer yes or no and just handed it and said "here you go". So unprofessional.. The front desk is the first impression every patient sees coming through.. Working in the health care field.. Very disappointed!!

Stokes is great, been going to him for years. Front desk staff however is often rude, most notably the girl named Chris. Always seems too much in a rush to help and is generally not friendly/a people person. Makes me not want to call in just because I know Ill get unneeded attitude for making her do her job in working with the public.

Dr stokes has been my Primary doctor for roughly 5 years. Whenever I go in to see him, its a positive experience. I cant believe some of the reviews that I have seen on here. Office staff always works with me and are genuinely nice and caring people. I would recommend Norton family practice to all of my friends and family!

All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was personable and willing to talk. My ANP Lauren was knowledgeable, understanding and very kind. She called the next day with results from the test. Based on my experience I would recommend this practice to my friends.

This practice is awesome. The staff works hard. You have to realize they see many patients a day.of course we all want to feel as though we are the only patient. Be patient with the staff. You are not behind the scenes. You dont know what it takes to do their job. Keep up the good work guys !
