Three years ago I saw Dr. Freedman for chronic sinus problems. He performed a septum surgery that didnt resolve any of the issues. I returned to Dr. Freedman and explained I was still having the same symptoms. He told me to just use nose spray and sent me home. Three years later I saw a different ENT in the area who did allergy testing and an MRI of my sinuses. Turns out I have severe allergies AND I need restructural surgery of my sinuses. My septum was never the problem. Had Dr. Freedman listened to me, his patient, and took the time to do the appropriate testing, I may not have suffered unnecessarily for the last three years. Dr. Freedman literally made me feel like a nuisance and he has terrible people skills.

Dr. Freedman was wonderful! Very friendly, thorough and will go up and above for you. The staff was extremely nice and the office was super clean and up to date. After endless months of this doctor and that doctor whos bedside manners werent the greatest, and gave me no answers, this was so refreshing and feel hopeful I will have a diagnosis soon.
