I cannot say enough about Dexter Animal Clinic. When my furbaby Tom grew very ill very suddenly, they rushed his test results and laid out all the treatment options for us and were frank, but gentle with the reality that he did not have much longer. On his last day after he deteriorated dramatically overnight, they made special arrangements to come to the house for us to say goodbye where he was most comfortable. Dr. Anna is amazing and they even sent a sympathy card. I never expected such special treatment, even though he was a new patient. Thank you all!

I love the staff here, they have talented and compassionate vets and a great location for us located out in the countryside of Dexter/Pinckney - once when we had an after hours emergency Dr. Jen and her helper even came back in the evening to rescue one of our misbehaving dogs who decided to attack a racoon! Hats off to the folks at DAC, our two cats (Hope Kitty, and Luce) - as well as our two "american staffordshire terrier" mixes (Fergie & Rocky) are VERY GRATEFUL for thier care!

Been going here for 7.5 years and was always happy with the service. Dr. Jen did an amazing job removing a large cancer ball from our dogs leg, and it gave us another 11 months with our dog. The only thing I would say is the wait can be a little long sometimes, but its because they really take their time with each "patient" I feel. When we decide to get another dog we will for sure return to this office.

We have taken our two dogs and two cats to the Dexter Animal Clinic. It is always a very clean facility and the staff is wonderful. We have also had our dogs boarded there and I always feel good knowing that they are being well taken care of. There are plenty of vets in the area, but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Violet Howes

Refused to see my dog or do a urine test when she had blood clots in her urine. Took her to another vet next day said she would have been very sick and i could have lost her if she would have waited 4 days to be seen.

The doctors are great with my dog. She is prone to nervous behavior but they always take their time and make her comfortable. This is also the only place I like to board her. They take great care of her!
