Raysa is a fantastic front office manager who is always courteous, calm, and extremely efficient. During my visit I watched her handle patient intake, training a new employee and the phones simultaneously with ease. Powerful administrators like Raysa are the reason places like this are able to run so effectively while serving high patient volume. Humberto was my provider and concisely explained the testing protocol, results timeframe, and follow up. He has a a warm demeanor and is extremely professional. He made my visit effortless and I look forward to seeing him again for my future testing.

I arrived on time for my 8:30 appointment. The waiting room was full and others were standing around outside. I signed in and asked about waiting time, and was told "we are just now starting on the 8:00 appointments". Very unprofessional, i did not have time to wait around for a hour or so (hence the appointment) so scratched my name off and left. will try lab corps next, perhaps they have better customer service. I also received an e-mail yesterday reminding me of the appointment, perhaps that e-mail could instead be sent to the manager reminding him to open on time with a competent staff.

The worst Quest that I have ever been to in terms of waiting. My appointment was at 3:15 but I got out of work early and got there around 2:30. I figured since I had an appointment I could be seen sooner but that was not the case. They took every single walk in before me, even those who came in way after me! I ended up being the last person they saw. Even though the lady at the front desk is rude, the ladies who took my blood were very sweet. They used a small needle because I had a small vein and got it the first time. They are the only reason why I would consider going back.

Today as of Thursday August 18th at 1:00pm EDT, the front desk staff was extremely rude, out of line, and verbally abusive to the patients/customers including towards me of such UNacceptable treatment! Your staff needs anger management! Your staff yelled at us patients, ordering us around like a dictator. Is this within the parameters of your company/clinical policy on patients rights and treatment??? The staff is female, slightly heavy set, and long dark hair (name withheld). Is this how you want your staff to represent the reputation of your companys services?? Shame on you!

This place is absolutely terrible. If you make an appointment, then dont expect it will be honored. You will walk in to find a waiting room full of people. The staff could careless and you will sit there for at least an hour. I even asked them if they were aware that they had such terrible reviews and the front desk person advised that they did not care. They are just here to clock in, clock out, and collect a paycheck. Pretty scary to think we let these same people draw our blood.

Rude front desk staff. I walked in not know that Saturdays are by appointment only and she had no desire to help me just simply turned me away. Look inside and there are 3 girls at the front desk not doing anything only 1 guy was in there getting blood drawn... if its by appointment only and they are seeing only 1 patient (there was noone else there) why the need for so many employees

Horrible horrible!!!!!! Wait time is at least two hours to per in a cup for 2 minutes. The lady at the front desk is super rude. Chewing gum with her mouth open while speaking to the people.No customer service at all. They do not care about the patients. Do not come here unless you have no other choice. I had the worse experience.

Thanks to Brenna, the lab diagnostician, my experience was so much better then those who gave negative reviews. She was extremely professional, compassionate, efficient, and it was pain free!! I hope she never leaves like the other awesome gentleman, I think his name was Alberto. They make this so much easier for us!!

Ive been here many times before, and while the actual staff doing the testing have been very professional, nice and polite, the front desk lady is very rude! Ive tried to excuse her rudeness with the thought that anyone can have a bad day-- but she is ALWAYS the same way!

This was my first time at this location. I arrived 30 minutes early because I had an appointment for 12, I was out of there not later than 12:15. The staff was professional and courteous. I really cant say anything negative. Overall, it was a good experience.

I see after 4 years the same rude and unprofessional staff is still there. They have been rude to my teenage daughter never in front of me. I will go with her next time and I will rip a new one to the front office staff. Looking forward to it.
