This place is wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful and you can tell they work very hard, I heard they work 12 hour shifts so cut them some slack. They are very professional and handle anything that comes their way. The place is usually quick and not crowded but just like anything in life not everyday is perfect so it WILL get busy sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it and even then they are still great and as quick as they can and sometimes the person in the front is by themselves doing all of that and yet theyre still great. I recommend this place to everyone I know and will keep doing so. To the person who says the hours are wrong on here, thats not true the hours for the urgent care are correct it is 11 AM - 11 PM everyday of the week. They probably got confused with the baptist sports medicine place thats in the same shopping center and that place is open till 6:30 PM.

Rude staff, not there for the right reasons. Go somewhere else. My girlfriend sprained her ankle badly so I called ahead to tell them we were coming 20 minutes prior to our arrival. Got to the center and saw through the glass door the lady at reception is looking at her watch smirking and not looking up. I try to talk to them two to three minutes that my girlfriends ankle is swelling up like a balloon. Then the guard proceeds to show me his phone which has 11pm on the dot! WHICH MEANS WE GOT THERE BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Regardless of that healthcare is supposed to be about people and +Baptist Health South Florida should not be hiring people that are waiting to get off the clock the second the bell goes off.

My experience so far is very poor of this location. Been waiting for now close to three hours and still have not seen the doctor. The staff failed to let the patients know that they are learning a new software program and therefore could have given us a choice to wait eternally or go elsewhere. The staff is not friendly and with absolutely no care or regards for patients. It was amazing to see all the waiting rooms filled with patients and the entire staff sitting across on their computers. Already three walk outs due to the wait. I would recommend to chose another location for urgent care .

Why in the world does their website have a phone number with a feature that states: call now and we will sign you in. To expedite so you dont wait. I called to sign in. The lady said thats "just there" and there is no pre sign in........????? Are you kidding me? How Micky Mouse can you get?

First time there and it was a great experience. I went later in the night around 8pm and was seen right away. From the checking in process to being seen by the nurses and doctor everyone was very friendly, helpful and just sincere.
