This Office, Thank god Litchman Retired... feel rushed and my concerns fall onto deaf ears, always rushed out the doctors never ask if I have questions they can answer they talk to you in Dr talk not very personable office! I dont get the help I need when I am sick they just say wait it out, I dont need to pay a co-pay for me to figure that BS out. They dont give you medicines like antibiotics not even a topical cream for something that happened to my leg. I will not be returning, I will find private dr else where, where I will not be treated like cattle. **Do not waste your money for this Organization YOU WILL NOT GET HELP, I understand if you are on OHP and have to goodluck!!

Dr. Brandt and the Northside clinic have recently made a few key changes that have made me feel compelled to spread the good word, as well as show my gratitude. First, Dr. Brandt now has open slots each day, meaning you dont necessarily have to schedule months in advance to see your primary care physician if you have a cold. Second, Northside has reaffirmed their commitment to mental health by hiring mental health staff on site, as opposed to the old system of handing out shes of names and phone numbers for patients to call on their own.

I saw Dr. Litchman for lower back / leg pain. He didnt really examine me for that, nor did he ask any questions about my fitness, exercise program, stretching, or sleep. He told me nothing in-depth about back health, physiology, or treatment. He just handed me a flyer for a common book on stretching and exercise, and told me to call back in 6 weeks if my back and legs still hurt. I wont bother to go back to Dr. Litchman; it would be a waste of my time and money...I got more information on WebMD than I got from him.

Abruptly fired as a patient for not giving enough warning on a cancellation. Supposedly the third no show in a whole year of numerous appointments. Really bad customer service to not warn patients after the second one, Id say.

Dr Brandt is an awesome doctor. He takes the time to listen to what your problem is, without making you feel like another number. Very helpful and friendly service. Would highly recommend him.
