I arrived on time with paperwork completed for my 2:15 PM appointment on June 14, 2017 as a new patient. I walked into an empty waiting room noting greasy finger and handprints on the front doors. I checked in at the front desk noting spider webs at eye level on the frame of the window opening between the inside of the office and the hallway. Receptionist was pleasant enough and checked me in. I returned to the waiting room and could not decide where to sit as I was unsure what would be clean and what areas would not. A walk around the room revealed an open and partially drunk water bottle amongst the magazines on the coffee table. Also, several sucker sticks and wrappers had been discarded on a seat and the floor surrounding it. Unknown debris was scattered on another chair. Some folded papers sat on another chair. It looked suspiciously like my own paperwork packet and may have contained confidential personal information. I did not explore the paperwork further. Another area had unknown crumbs on the floor. The windows appeared to be streaked and dusty. The windows higher up towards the ceiling appeared to have cracking along the edges and a lot of spider webs on the interior corners. The light fixtures appeared to have layers of dust and more spider webs clearly running between the fixture itself and the apparatus they were hanging from. After approximately 20 minutes in the waiting room, I attempted to ask for assistance in finding the restroom. The receptionist was on the phone and approximately four additional staff members in the office area ignored my presence at the windows connecting to the hallway. Their conversations amongst each other were apparently too intense to allow any attention for a patient. I was able to stop another staff member in the hallway to ask where the restroom was. I was directed to it and did in fact observe cleaning supplies and a relatively clean bathroom but it was showing some signs of neglect. An unknown dried brown substance had dried while dripping down the wall next to the sink. Other areas of the bathroom appeared to be dingy and unclear if this was due to wear and tear or uncleaned filth. On my way back to the waiting room I observed more dusty cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I avoided them as it was unclear if the thicker mass at the end was really a spider or just more dust. This was noted in front of the reception area. I returned to the waiting area. At 2:45 PM, after waiting for 30 minutes, I approached the front desk again and requested to cancel my appointment as I had been waiting for 30 minutes and did not feel comfortable in their office. The receptionist did not appear to be concerned as to why. When I asked if she would like to know why, she assented. I explained that I was observing a lot of uncleanliness, spider webs and layers of dust and I was not okay with that as I had come there for medical care. I was not provided with a response. I then left the building. It seems strange that a medical office in which medical care is provided, especially an office specializing in allergies, would not be more sensitive to the needs of their patients and a clean environment. It should be noted that I am not a germaphobe nor do I have OCD. I have worked in a variety of work settings and know that the cleanliness of this office is not up to the standard of any self respecting owner, manager, provider, or staff. I will not be rescheduling my appointment with this office. I would suggest to the providers that if you value your patients and their well being or even want to build your practice by bringing in new patients, please develop a comprehensive cleaning routine or just hire someone to do it. I guarantee your patients will notice a difference and you may get more patients to stick around after ridiculous unexplained wait times.

Front office staff is completely incompetent. Took me 2 months to schedule my sons ear tubes because of a number of mistakes made in the office, a lack of follow up on their part, and outright refusal to call me back. Our appointments were additionally mislabeled causing further confusion and frustration. I get everyone had bad days but this was over two months. Once this procedure is done next week I will never return here and certainly will not recommend this office to anyone I know.

Horrible experience with this office. Extensive wait times for both appts. And they act like they are interrupting their gossip time to help you. The staff talked about adult subjects in the hall, we heard right through the door... And continued during the checkup... Like we werent even there. I waited 1.5 hours after my scheduled apt time for my daughters post-op 2.5 minute appointment. Please look around before using this office. They do not appreciate their patients.
