The staff is nice at Tuality and Dr. Hoffman is an excellent doctor and an outstanding person. I am a highly tuned judge of character and a real patient so I know what I’m talking about. I used to not like going to the doctor for anything because I’m cheap and normally don’t like most doctors. I had a very deep tissue wart in my foot from a severe gash that a local foot doctor was not able to get rid of. This unnamed foot doctor said I would have to continue treatments every six months probably for life. The treatments only lasted a couple months. I suffered for several years; I even had to walk around the house on the side of my foot to avoid the area of pain. I went to see Dr. Hoffman for a few health concerns and mentioned my foot too. He said he could help me with my foot and everything. Dr Hoffman was extremely attentive and sharp. He makes great eye contact and really listens. I couldn’t believe the amount that was accomplished in one visit. I have never before seen a doctor so thorough and efficient. My foot was fixed in two visits, which was a life change for me. I have zero pain and I can walk around on my hard wood floors on bare feet anytime now. There are other things Dr. Hoffman helped me with that I am very grateful for, but what I like most about Him is that he makes my visits productive. I like it when I can go to the doctor and have all my questions answered. Rarely do people impress me, but Dr Hoffman is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have already referred a co worker and now my girlfriend, who likes him also.Thank you Tuality and thank you Dr. Peter Hoffman.

If zero stars were possible, thats what theyd get. My husband went in for a routine blood work up to check his cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This screening is 100% covered by our insurance, but the office billed it as a visit regarding my husbands weight. He is a little overweight, but they didnt even talk about weight during the visit! He just wanted to know his cholesterol levels! Our insurance wouldnt the visit or tests because it was billed as a "weight" related visit. This ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. The billing office refused to change the billing code they used because the doctor had moved to a different office the day after my husbands visit and they refused to contact him to get it approved for change. Im a very patient and non-confrontational person. I was being very nice to the lady in the billing office, but she was very rude, unprofessional, and treated me like dirt. She actually huffed at me, rolled her eyes, and turned her back to me and went back to her work on the computer. It was inexcusable. After this happened, weve never been back. Id highly recommend finding another office.

Its about as good of an experience as you can expect to get from a doctors office. Given the choice of a day lounging on a Caribbean beach or a visit to Tuality Physicians, Id have to go with the beach. :) That being said, the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. My primary care physician is Dr. Borman and she feels like a family member. I know she truly cares about my well-being and it shows. She has a comprehension of issues that you would expect only a specialist to know - for instance, I thought I had a pulled muscle but she diagnosed a pinched nerve from a herniated disc, isolated the area on the spine (C6/C7) and got the referral for the MRI on the spot. Shes incredible. The support staff are always smiling and willing to help. I just got off the phone with a receptionist after losing my prescription paperwork (for the 3rd time, embarrassingly) and asked if they would just fax it for me to the pharmacy, which they did. Great place. Im lucky to have Dr. Borman and her staff watching out for my well-being.

I have been a patient at this office for a few years. Although I really like Dr. Carr and the receptionists have always been helpful, there are more than a few problems with how they operate the clinic. My biggest concern is probably the nurses. The majority of the nurses are incredibly rude and unhelpful. This is very unfortunate if you are calling the office in regards to your healthcare because they are who you will be dealing with. In fact, you are considered lucky if the nurses even return your phone calls. The mandatory six month appointment policy to remain on longterm medications should also be revised. It is hard to find the time to make repeat dr. visits when they are not necessary and can get VERY EXPENSIVE if you are paying for those visits out of pocket.

Im very upset with this clinic at the moment the nurse who i had that day of my appointment gave me a shot on my left hip and did not do it right and the results after that is a hemetoma larger then a baseball its been 2 weeks and its not getting any better and its such an uncomfortable feeling i cant even sleep on my left side and I went for a bad case of strep and on my final note in my paper work it stated that I came in because Im obese that very rude honestly that i get notice because of my weight and not because of what i truly came thank you for making my visit very swell NOT!

When we first moved to Oregon about 15 years ago, the lady we who sold us HER house, gave us a reference to Tuality Physicians. Weve been going there ever since because the doctors and staff are super caring and skilled at each and every diagnosis weve ever had. Drs may come & go, but Dr Fields has maintained our care. Womens care (annuals) is top-notch. Five years ago, Dr. Fields even caught my husbands lung cancer in the very early stages -- eternally grateful.

Tuality Physicians are skilled and caring practitioners. They have served my family for 12 years, and we couldnt ask for better care. Dr. Fields is a totally experienced physician; he always asks about our lives and treats and cares for our heath and well-being in every possible way. Please dont put credibility in any disgruntled ratings from people who didnt pay and didnt take any responsibility for their own care.

Billed my insurance company as a cough when I came in for a prescription refill. Also billed ME for a diagnosis when it was a prescription refill. The office manager is aware that all she had to do was change the billing code and the insurance company would pay the bill, she refused; doesnt want to admit her mistake. By the way, filing a fraud insurance claim and collecting the money for it is a crime.
