I took my daughter when she was 2 for immunization and a check up with dr stark. she was wonderful and i was very pleased. so today i took my daughter that is now 3 for update immunizations and the lady i saw was terrible, i dont even kno if she was a doctor, she just walked in stabbed my daughter with her shots and left. she didnt comfort my daughter didnt talk to her let alone look at her, she wouldnt answer any of my questions. As a mother immunization are always nerve wrecking and uncomfortable but i know its something i need to do to protect her. what I would expect the doctor to answer question i have for my daughters interest and safety. I didnt not get that today, & when she was done she simply said bye, didnt give me a chance to speak or make sure my daughter was ok,. she didnt care. thats not the type of people that should be working in a child clinic, I was very upset leaving , from what ive always known is that after ur child gets shots ur told to stay a extra 15 mins after to make sure there okay, but i guess things are different here.

The doctors here are hit or miss. I have been to some that have been wonderful and have had great bedside manner and others that leaves me wondering how they made it through medical school. The front desk staff are nice but scheduling appointments is a nuisance. Appointments are booked way to far out. There has been a couple of times where we have been told 3 out of the 4 doctors were on vacation, leaving them very understaffed. On another occasion we had an appointment booked at least a month out for my daughter and they called us the day before and told us our doctor no longer worked on that day and we had to reschedule for another few weeks out. Ridiculous.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Copeland and Dr. Lhewa (I always struggle with spelling his name) for years. They both have some of the best bedside manner Ive ever encountered, very friendly, funny, always doing what they can to make my kids smile, even after shots. And the toddler has some serious PTSD from her 1 year shots. The last time we were in for a check up they were transferring offices so things were a bit confused and the temporary waiting room lacked a welcoming vibe, but it WAS temporary. Hopefully by our next appointment things will be transitioned back to normal.

Worst ever!! I was on hold to schedule an appointment for 45 MINUTES! The front desk ladies are short, mono-toned and blatantly rude. They make you feel rushed while trying to clarify dates/times and their tones of voice over the phone is just plain awful. Maybe they should fire them and hire new people who love their job. This is a poor example of the customer service they have, and I dont recommend them - even to my worst enemy! I would stay far, far away from this clinic if you can help it. Unacceptable.

How can a medical facility lose track of immunization records? Very incompetent. Then when I called, I was faced with a rude person that only transferred me to a voicemail. They need to value what they do and should be way more accommodating when they drop the ball. Stop being lazy and do what you are paid to do. I was shocked when the response was to simply transfer me to a voicemail rather than look into the problem. We are transferring out of state and do not need this.

Its unfortunate some of these persons have given Child and Adolescent clinic 1 star because of being on hold. Where ever you call any more it seems you have to be on hold a bit. My daughters see Dr. Hutfilz. She is absolutely fantastic. We have had all good experiences with other doctors weve seen also. Dr. Hutfilz used to work at the Salmon Creek office buy is now in Longview. We drive from Vancouver to Longview to see her. Very much worth it!!!

Good care most of the time. Had to go in 3 times in 2 months for a good diagnosis for my daughters illness, but I feel like Dr. Stark truly cares about her patients and their family. The wait time this time was extremely long, but the receptionist went back to the doctors to find out what was going on herself. Frustrating, but I understand quality care takes more than 5 minutes.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Amrita Stark since she was born. She is now almost 3! I cant say enough wonderful things about her. She is always kind and talkes about our issues if any. Well see. Other doctors before at their other lication and wont go back there. Dr. Stark is the best!

Customer service is very poor. A number of times I have called in just to confirm an appointment and have had to wait on hold for 25 to 30 minutes. Not what I was expecting from a clinic housed in the biggest and newest hospital in Vancouver.

Dr.Copeland is great. However, the people answering the phones and scheduling appointments are horrible at their job. Unfriendly front desk. They say they are accepting new patients but impossible to get an appointment. Would not recommend.
