Apparently these guys managed to get their horrible reviews removed! When I wrote MY review in 2009 there were 4 or 5 other very bad reviews of this company and Sotela herself. Heres what I wrote: "I had to see Setelo for a Plantar wart on my foot. She scraped it, prescribed me a teeny tiny tube of medicine that costs $140 and made sure to schedule me for 5 more appointments...I got my bill in the mail, good thing I only saw her twice because for the first visit (which took longer) she charged my insurance company for an "Office Visit" which was covered by my co-pay; but for my second (which took half the time of the first and she did the same thing to my foot) visit they charged me for "out-patient surgery" which my responsible portion was almost $200! I tried to call and talk to them about the ridiculous bill but of course they were closed (see all other comments)...I did some research and the over-the-counter treatment for Plantar warts is extremely easy and very little money (no $140 tube of cream).Im highly disappointed in this service and Setelo herself. She complained to me too about how little money they had etc. And her office is in the WORST part of Springfield!"

Completely unprofessional. Unorganized. Couldnt find paperwork. Computer wouldnt open the X-rays. I actually left there knowing less than when I went in. Been trying to cancel follow up appt and every time I call the voice mail is full. Again, very unprofessional.
