This is the WORST medical experience Ive ever had. Stay away from this place!! My GP faxed my referral 3 times and one week later, they still said they never got it. They kept lying and would not even schedule my appointment. Then, when my husband offered to physcically bring the referral to them, they said they werent going to take my insurance anyway, totally discriminating, because they were an OHP provider until all of a sudden they change their mind? All they care about is money. I have a life threatening condition called Addisons disease and they knew this and still could care less if I went into a coma an died. Ive never met such cold, awful people in my life!

not professional at all. ridiculous to spend money and time. You would hardly see the doctor. The nurse practitioners see you every time. I dont really know why... But I guess it doesnt matter to them. You expect to see Dr. there... OF COURSE!! They came back 10 minutes late after the lunch time break. In spite of that the patients have to check in 10 minutes before of the appointment. They wont let you get in and require a necessary to reschedule. Its not fair. They dont care about the patients.

The receptionists at this office are the worst at relaying messages and getting much needed information to the appropriate avenues. It took a week of back and forth calling between insurance and multiple different receptionists to finally be told there was nothing this office could do to help. They do not give correct information and refuse to call people back. This does not help the image of the doctors working in this building.

I have had diabetes for about 15 years, and it had been slowly getting worse until I saw Dr. Bassett. He changed my prescriptions, and monitored my results far more often then I have ever had. I have almost zero waiting time when I get to the office, and my results have been great. I would honestly say he is the best doctor I have had in my 55 years.
