This clinic is the worst clinic I have ever been to! 1.) They have listed my medical conditions in my record that Ive had for 30 years and in which Ive been treated and diagnosed with by multiple doctors through the years... and then gone back in and taken them out! 2.) They continue to list and BILL for conditions that I either have never had, or do not currently have, nor am I being treated for.. even though I have talked with them about it several times. I was finally able to stop one of the medications they were continuing to prescribe to me for GERD. I have not had GERD in over 17 years. They still list it as an "Active Chronic Condition" and continue to bill my insurance for it at every one of my visits though... 3.) They have listed that Ive "Completed" referrals to specialist that they have supposedly given me.. that never pan out. They call in Lab orders and then not tell me they have. (this is so that they can BILL for having "seen" me for Diabetes.. when in fact I only went in for a sore throat. 4.) They do not follow up on me with abnormal blood/urine test results. 5.) Most of their providers have HORRIBLE bedside manners. They will not listen to, talk or discuss anything with you.. or even make eye contact. They bark questions at you that have nothing to do with what youve gone in to be seen for. ..and Ive also waited in the waiting room for over an hour on multiple occasions. They treat you as though you are a narcotic seeking, drug-addicted welfare case. I have pain from a rare congenital disease that they know nothing about, in which I cannot seem to discuss with them, and a possible autoimmune disease that they say theyve given me a referral for (multiple times), but in which the Rheumatologists office maintains they have never received a single one. I am so fed-up with this clinic!! They receive only a certain amount of funding each year to see their OHP patients and any referral they give to see a specialist outside the clinic, would also be funded from that same pool of money. This is why they either refuse to give referrals or lie to you and say theyve given you one when they have no intention of doing so. Also, billing for certain conditions, such as Diabetes, Chronic Depression, Mental Illness or Drug Addiction does NOT come out of that pool of money. They receive "extra" funding for such things.. so they Bill for any and all conditions they can, even when they did not address it at that particular visit, and sometimes when you dont even HAVE the condition (such as what theyve done with me). This is called FRAUD! (Diagnosing for conditions you dont really have, billing for conditions that werent addressed during that visit or that you dont have or theyre not treating you for, saying theyve referred you to specialists when they have not, saying that youve seen a specialist or had a certain procedure done that you havent, etc.) All of it is FRAUD! This clinic is a JOKE! And is Lane Countys answer to "providing" health care to the areas under-insured! I am stuck here due to being forced into applying for OHP.. after losing my employment and health insurance to a permanent lay-off from PeaceHealth. If I could give them a Minus 5 Stars I would! The last time I left a review like this.. they wrote a nasty letter to me, referring to my "Google Review".. I then filed a formal complaint with Lane County and they then refused to make any appointments with me for some time. I personally do not care anymore!

This is by far the worse clinic I have ever been. when I have been sick and called for the nurse they never call back I have had to call them over and over to say I have been waiting at home for a return call for 4 days. then when I get in for a apt which takes a month and a half they say look I dont have time to hear your problems I can only deal with one thing I have way to many other patients to see. I could not believe my ears and when I would tell them I did not feel good and was having a weird ringing sound in my ears which I have never had in my life and was having everyday now that everyone has ringing in there ears its normal whatever its not normal I had been having headaches to never had those ever in my life she said its from stress well after being a patient in this clinic and not leaving from the moment I first was treated bad I nearly died just recently and I found out what the ringing in my ears was and the headaches I lived with for two year in this clinics care. Barbera Bryson was the one seeing me I am currently waiting to get into another clinic I just applied at I do not want to ever return to this clinic again.

MARY LOEB IS HORRIBLE!!! I have a documented ongoing migraine disorder that results in seizures. Ive had a script for 10 percocet a month for the last 5 years for breakthrough pain management. I was assigned this new female Dr., the FIRST time I saw her she stated I didnt need opiates and she hasnt herd of my condition herself. So she had her nurse come in and tell me that my exam had ended and I wasnt going to get any pain medicine, ever. I didnt like that, so I went looking for my Dr. She was in the hallway, I asked her what her method of thinking was about my condition, she stated I can leave now. I refused and in result she gave me phenagran, a nausea medicine. WTF am I going to do in a seizure with nausea medicine? I called to get a new Dr. trillium told me that there were no Drs to choose from. So I have to return to her. lol NO WAY! I dont trust my health in her hands. I just got off the phone with Riverstone clinic, for the 5th time, and they finally are assigning me to a new Dr. Yung Lee. We will see how this goes...

RiverStone Clinic called me, out of the blue, and told me they wanted to make an appointment for my 6 year old daughter to “establish care.” I said I didn’t recall being informed that my daughter’s primary care doctor had changed facilities or that the insurance company was allowed to assign a new doctor. The operator was very rude and said that if I gave him my daughter’s information, he could see if he could help me. It occurred to me that if this was supposed to be my daughter’s new primary care facility, shouldn’t they already have her information? After all, THEY were calling ME. When I said I was not giving out my daughter’s personal information until I was certain who I was talking to, he hung up. I immediately called my daughter’s doctor’s office. They said my daughter’s doctor was still practicing out of that office and that my daughter was definitely listed as a patient. Is this facility tricking people into changing their primary care doctor? That is unethical.

No medical service will ever receive five stars, simply because none will ever be perfect all of the time for all people. It is my considered opinion after seven years of health services from Riverstone clinic that my wife and I have always received the best of services allowed by our insurances (Medicare and OHP, respectively). My wife is a retired R.N., so we can state from knowledgeable experiences that the care provided is "proportionally" on par with that of our earlier years when we had good, and sometimes great, insurance coverage through our employers. The staff at Riverstone has truly served us on a personal and caring basis even better, and they deserve our many thanks for this. Riverstone is a "public health care" clinic, and as such does experience a heavy case load, low funding, and all too frequent staff turn-over rate. Despite these handicaps, they manage to meet the more important needs of those they care for.
