Great doc! Everyone has always been nice to me and the doctor is friendly but to the point. The problem with a lot of doctors in Olympia is that they seem to recommend yoga for every ailment (im not exaggerating! My boyfriend went to a different doc for a stomach ailment & told to do yoga!). Dr. Reiton doesnt do that but he also isnt an old timey "heres some antibiotics" kind of doctor. He was always willing to listen to my ideas and concerns about my treatment. I had just left SeaMar in Lacy because the doctor there was really judgmental about my past and so I was hesitant to tell Dr. Reiton a lot of stuff at first. I realized almost instantly that I didnt need to hold back or censor my history from him (which could of been dangerous since it directly applied to my current health). My best friend also goes there and we didnt realize it until I saw him in the waiting room! He also loves Cap Family & Sports Medicine! I would definitely recommend them. Getting in to see the doc was pretty fast and easy too!

Probably the worst doctors office Ive been to. Keep in mind I worked in a medical clinic for over ten years.. I never leave negative posts because some times people and things can happen to make a "off day" but there has been several times Ive had problems with this place and also my husband. I get to the office today 5 mins early for my appointment. To find out the doc isnt even in on a Friday and they some how scheduled me for the day before and have no idea how.... After staring at the computer for 5 minutes without telling me whats going on. They said they didnt have another doctor for me to see, as I look around and there is zero patience in the waiting room, So walk in clinic I go. The doctors them selves are great, but this is the second time Ive arrived there for a appointment and have been told we couldnt be seen. Btw they suggest a Nice walk in clinic but didnt offer to reschedule my appointment.

The physicians assistant that I usually see is great. However, the management and office staff are by far the worst that I have dealt with. They refuse to refill OTC prescriptions unless you come in for a yearly visit, even though their physicians could care less if you come in and are happy to write more refills without a yearly visit. My insurance allows me 1 yearly physical. I went in for that a few months ago, not because I needed/wanted to, but its required for me to get my refills. A few months after that, the PA that I usually see left the office. Now they say my prescriptions are no good and want me to come in for another visit. For some reason they cant have another doctor go over my record and give me refills. They are what is wrong with healthcare in the US. Wasteful, meaningless visits, that cost people time and money. All of this, so they can make an extra buck off of their patients.

The dr diagnosed shingles and then sent me home without pain meds (!). Miserable night. I called in the morning to see if i could get some meds and if i could have them fax a script to my local pharmacy. 1.5 hours I called back, 15 minutes on hold. I am in so much pain I am crying on the phone, begging them to help me! They said they faxed the script 30 minutes prior. Drove to the pharmacy, no script. Pharmacy called dr office. It appears that they are not able to fax a controlled substance script. WTF! The worst medical experience in my 55 yrs of existence.

Terrible. The office is like a warehouse. After waiting 50 minutes, I was lead back to an office. The nurse told me I was seeing the wrong kind of doctor, a surgeon for hips not a doc. for hamstring injury--I injured it bowling and had a snapping sensation. He saw me anyway for 4 minutes and said I should go to a back doc. When I got home, I felt really frustrated. I got no advice on pain, my leg was not examined, nor did I get a referral. The office refused to wave my co-pay to see another doctor.

Worst office I have ever been to! There is no compassion for patients. The patient is not the primary concern, more about the staffs feelings. The Supervisor is horrible! Most staff are horrible, as well! I DO NOT recommend this clinic at all.

I LOVE this office. The staff is SO, SO, nice and I feel at home when Im there. These people truly care and can recommend other practices if you cannot find what you are looking for!

Its refreshing to deal with professional people that you can tell are smiling on the phone, and taking care of your needs as well. Molly is a jewel!!
