I have been a long time patient of Dr. Choe and recently have been denied seeing him and continuing treatment due to insurance issues I guess.. they dont accept cash pay either and I have been without my meds that allow me to walk for 3 months.. I keep calling and calling, leaving messages ect. and no one EVER gets back to me. Two weeks have gone by and the person who ensured that I would be getting my medication never got back to me, I appreciate the guy that works there but they all need to work on getting back with patients who are in need. This is ridiculous and not helpful when I am trying to heal my Chronic Juvenille RA. Overall, no one ever calls back. Dr. Choe has waited until i get into the lobby to say things like, "hey you need to make sure and lose weight" multiple times in front of other patients, and that is no way to treat anyone, sick or not. This practice has just gone down hill and I am very dissapointed and in pain. Thanks alot EDIT: STILL CALLING AND NO ANSWER. IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AND YESTERDAY WAS NOT EVEN RINGING BECAUSE THE MESSAGE MACHINE WAS FULL.. JESUS CHRIST. SAVE ME.. lol

I have the same problem. I just now called them during office hrs and was told to leave a message. I need to make an appointment with Dr. Choe (by the way, this review is not about him -- hes great). Im a late sleeper. Im sure theyre going to call back when Im asleep or out, and then Ill have to call them back and LEAVE A MESSAGE AGAIN. This is just stupid. I wonder if the doctors know how unhelpful their office staff is. There have been other times when Ive asked for an Rx for me to pick up and theyve just forgotten about it. AGGGHHHH! I would stop going there but I like Dr. Choe too much.

I have the same problem trying to get thru to these folks over the phone to renew my prescription or for any other reason. I have even resorted to snail mail. I have left messages many times and never received a call back. I like my doctor ok, but their associates need to be replaced or something, I dont know. It is very frustrating.

Hellooooooo? I am posting this request to get my prescription updated. Ive been calling and leaving messages for over a week now. Maybe you guys are just to busy surfing the web? Maybe I should try smoke signals next? This is a recurring issue. Seriously folks . . This place is ridiculous. Dont go here.
