Horrible front desk staff. When you have a question about the bill, they refused to explain. They said the doctor can bill whatever the way he wants to bill. They said this is the way it is and unfortunately there is nothing they can do or talk. They said they will not waste time talking to the patients about the bill issue. They said the patient can switch to other providers and they dont care. Horrible and even insulting to patients. I am going to file a complain about their unprofessional, rude, and disgusting behaviors.

Friendly staff and short wait time, but billing has been a nightmare. First, they called me because they had billed it to the wrong insurance altogether, now I just received a past due notice for appointments 6+ mos ago that, according to my insurance company, were never billed to my insurance in the first place. Not sure if they were training someone new or not, but Im a bit ticked. If they can rectify it, I may change my rating.

He is the best internist in Olympia. He is thoughtfull, smart and kind. He is nationally famous-he saved the life of a woman who was poisoned, she is the only person that lived with that amount of poison.

You dont wait long in the reception area to see Dr. Pouw. He gives you plenty of time and attention. He asks questions and is a good listener. He is a very skilled physician and I give him a top rating.
