WORST DOCTORS CLINIC EVER. Ive worked in a few and I couldnt imagine any of my coworkers treating patients the way the whole staff did. Dr. Nishioka was very nice and the nurse who got us prepped for surgery was very personable. However, every other staff member from the front office to the back was a nightmare. My 3 year old daughter went in to get her tonsils/adenoids out. The bigger old nurse at the end of our appointment who took my daughter off my lap when she wasnt ready and was telling me I need to just force the water down her and be stern. Then promptly tells me look at her when shes talking. Im sorry, but very unprofessional. Very rude. I wish I would of got her name. My husband will be taking her for her follow up visit and I will never step foot in there again. Their main goal is to get people in and out as fast as possible. Every person was automated ,monotone and scripted. No personality, compassion or basic human decency was shown for the whole visit. She was rushed to get out of there right after surgery. However couldnt leave until she drank a little and was able to look at her throat. They sure as hell made sure we were out of there fast and before my 3 year old was ready. With that insanely big, rude lady at the end. I couldnt imagine a worse experience. Im honestly surprised this place is still in business with the type of people they hire. I would rate 0 stars but it wont give me that option.

I only gave one star, because thats the only way I can leave a review. Been there twice. Visit a year apart. First visit I was referred by my doctor for problem with sinus running down back of throat and plugged ears. Couldnt tell you his name, he came in stuck a camera up my nose. Said he would send results to my doctor. Never gave a name. Said I would never go back. Second visit was for the same problem, new doctor and I told her I wont go to the doctors at Willamette. She said okay will send you to another. Surprise I ended up here again. It turns out they are the only place in salem. Couldnt tell you the name of this Doctor. He was to busy trying to impress the young intern that was with him. They came in, he showed her the x-rays and said nothing to worry about. Nothing wrong here. Problem is Im the patient and he never talk to me. The only thing he said to me was that I needed to have a hearing test. So I went down the hall had the hearing test. I was told all people of my age loose their hearing. I was 58 yrs old. Will never recommend that rip off place. The insurance company have helped them build a nice place. To bad they let it go to their heads and forgot how to be doctors. I might have to go to another state to find a ear, nose, throat doctor. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest. Think twice before you go there.

The first doctor we saw was ok. The ENT (Dr. Skarada was awful. For the first one, I was 5 min earlier than my time slot and was told I had to rush my special needs child back. Unfortunately for my kid, she needs a couple minutes in the office to prep before the technician and doctor comes. This didnt happen so it started off bad. The doctor was good with her but didnt even try the headphones, which would have given her more info. She mentioned it could be done in another visit. Then we were rushed to the ENT where we had to wait an hour to be seen for 60 seconds. The ENT rushed through without even reviewing my daughters file and proceeded to treat me like an idiot. He said the problem would just go away without help. Despite what the first doctor said about us needing to make several visits to get the right information. Out all the doctors I have ever seen by myself, with my daughter or with my husband, this ENT is by far the worst doctor ever. We could have done better with Doc McStuffins. At first I was impressed with the degrees in his office from prestigious Universities, but clearly they were either fake or his parents bribed the school board to let him in and then bought him an internship. Im told he will be opening his own practice, this place will be better off without him. I hope I never get a referral to him again.

I saw dr Donovan. Im rating 4 stars due to the fact that hes able to actually help me with my tonsil issues (finally) and got straight to the point. Gave me some tips on other care and answered questions. This is a good thing when it comes to figuring out an answer to a medical problem and when you need results fast. But other than that, he seemed rushed to get me out, and told me I should do more cardio for 50 minutes every day in addition to what I do (Im a healthy weight, walk 3-4 hours every day, plus running 2-3 times a week and weight lifting daily) which I found kind of.... Rude and outdated on his knowledge of exercise. But he didnt want to hear it. Then the assistant seemed pretty rushed too, since the "care plan" sheet she gave me repeated sentences like 4 times, no exaggeration. Oh well, maybe it was a stressful day for them. Also not a joke-sy bunch, and the front staff at the entrance is sort of cold and doesnt really care about your existence, seriously. I also have updated this review since I have now seen an ENT specialist in Portland, who was 10x friendlier with the same/better care. Dr Donovan also bruised my ear for about a week, I couldnt even sleep on it. The other ear was fine... Come here for quick and precise answers/care but not for the friendliness.

I received a referral to Dr. Donovan to have an FNA procedure done on a nodule in my neck. It came back that it was cancer. I was terrified! Not only do I suffer from medical anxiety, but I had never had a surgical procedure done before. Dr. Donovan was a blessing, he took time explaining everything to me. I had so many questions and Dr. Donovan always answered my questions and eased my concerns. I’m so thankful for the recommendation he made to me on the course of action and type of surgical procedure that needed to be done. I decided that the surgical center at the clinic is where I wanted the surgery to take place. The staff at the surgery center are A+, the nicest most caring nurses I have ever met! I was met with warmth and care all around. Nobody undermined my fears or shook off my questions during patient intake. The clinic was very clean and full of extremely competent experienced staff. I am so pleased with every aspect of my experience with the clinic. Dr. Donovan is a talented and gifted surgeon surrounded by a wonder staff. I thank the Lord for putting me in the care of these individuals. A+++++

I was disappointed. I was sent there by my Doctor, because I have had Problems with sinus and ear pressure not releasing . causing my equilibrium be off balance. PLUGGED EARS. So I go to appt. instead to see doctor on time they said I had to have Hearing test. I was NOT told this in advance. Which I thought was odd. After that I was told I needed Hearing Aids.. It was like WHAT? I thought I was here to see Doctor Not to Buy HEARING Aids..... Once I got to the Doctor office I waited 45+ mins, before he showed.and I was the last apt of the Day. Nobody said are you ok do you need anything. Could of been Dead on the floor.. so after 2 hrs at the office. Doctor did really talk to me He talked like I was taking a Class. What a waste of time, basically if it doesnt get any better come back and well poke a hole in your ear Drum. paper work said Medication was discussed.. go figure it wasnt with me. Saw Doc Clark Thompson... They Knew what Insurance would pay for and that was it. but for me what a waste of time
