To say that THCC, Josh Sandeman are inept, irresponsible, and down right dangerous in their responsibility twirl patient care is putting it kindly. The level of disrespect and attitude tword patients who ask questions and have concerns about their health is truly abhorent. Myself and my husband were patients (no one else accepting in the ares). My husband began with a wonderful doctor who left for better conditions. He ended up with Joshua Sandeman (not a doctor but refers to himself as one) who put him on a med saying it was for high blood pressure- after six years of trying to determine what was wrong, numerous specialists, and a whole lot of distain from THCC a specialist referred us to a cardio specialist who informed us that this high blood pressure med is indeed for his heart. Pathetic. He was on 6 unnecessary meds and when he stopped taking 80% of them he Nagano to feel better. Overprescribed, disregarded and treated with such utter lack of respect that 2 of his unneeded meds could have cost him his life. We came in on 3 occasions to discuss one medication that was making him sucker-metformin, and mr. Sandeman refused to change it. Can anyone say kickback? This is fast food medical care at its worst. If you enjoy classism, discrimination, general mistreatment and possible death as a result west Salem clinic and total health are for you

Rude, ineffective, and unhelpful. The receptionist gave me the wrong time when I called to confirm my appointment. She checked when I came in late and discovered that they had never had the right number, nor had they even asked for my phone number - but somehow this was my fault. When trying to explain the urgent need to be seen, all I got was a blank and vacant look. She finally patched me through to someone, but they were equally unhelpful and gave me an appointment for several weeks later.

The doctors are ok, but trying to call the office is a pain. You have to call salem and sit on hold for ever then they transfer you back to the Monmouth office. Their system will put you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on you. Much easier just to drive over and set up an appointment in person then deal with their automated system that NEVER works right.

Awful. I was hung up on by their call center, and then argued with about it. No management was available for me to bring up this issue with. They obviously dont care about the people they are supposed to be helping.
