Though the receptionist is polite, these providers have been the least caring nor helpful Ive ever dealt with in this state. I arrive at my appointments 10 minutes early each time as they are insistent about, still have wait 45 minutes just to be told that it will be an even longer wait, then I get shoved out the door as fast as they can get me out without barely being heard on my condition with no compassion or kindness.. EVERY TIME. They could at least give eye-contact when Im talking to them, or say good-bye, rather than make the whole experience feel awkward and uncomfortable.

I have been going here for over 5 years, all the Drs and nurses are amazing and Dr. Amador is truly the best pediatrician ever. So lucky to have them. Can take a while to schedule a well Dr. Appointment, but they always fit me in one way or another when needed for an immediate concern.
