This was our first experience with pediatric associates, my children truly enjoyed the pediatrician. With that being said I was disappointed when I arrived only to find out that the paperwork that I had gotten writers cramp to complete had now been transitioned to electronic records. I saw past that and completed the visit without any other issues. That was until I received a final notice in the mail in regard to a bill that I had no idea about. In the notice they indicated that they have sent several bills and have called multiple times and this is completely false. I havent heard from the practice since our visit in February. I have no problem with paying bills , I just didnt know that we owed anything, I also have no information on the amount owed. I tried going online , to possibly pull up the information but never recieved access to the patient portal.This leaves a very sour taste in my mouth, especially since we left a major childrens hospital to go private thinking that they would pay more attention to detail. I am going to call the practice tomorrow to get some answers and rectify the situation. Greatly disappointed

I absolutely love pediatric associates! I have been here ever since my daughter was born 8 years ago. Dr. Blake is fantastic she listens to you and your concerns. Seeing how Im a first time mom I had 13 questions written down she addressed ALL of them and made sure I felt comfortable before I ever left the office. She explained everything in depth and did not act like it was a problem. If I could suggest one thing I wish she would come back to the whitehall location at least 1-2 times a week. She is now in Lewis center and yes I go all the way out there to see her for my childs medical needs that just how good she is.

My children have been with Pediatric Associates in Whitehall since they were born...my oldest is now 21. Dr. Sandra Boyle is THE BEST there is in Columbus! You will never meet someone more thorough who wont just do a once over and come to the obvious conclusion, but takes a deeper dive to come to the RIGHT conclusion! The ENTIRE staff is awesome, highly trained and very professional! If they moved their practice to the center of a volcano, we would just have to put on some flame retardant suits and be on our way! LOL

My children have been patients of Dr. Boyles for 15 years. We have nothing but positive comments for the whole team. Dr. Boyle is the type of physician who is not only knowledgeable and professioanl, but one who makes my family feel like we have known her forever and that she cares for our children as if they were her own.

I love my sons pediatrician (Dr. Lee). He asks questions and really listens, seems genuinely concerned with my child and his health, and never appears to be in a rush to get us out of the exam room. Also, Ive always had pleasant experiences with the front desk staff as well.

Almost perfect. I love Dr. Goist she is very respectful, she listens and give great advice. I would highly recommend this location. However there is the awful front desk lady who is just so hateful and unprofessional, I just cant see past it. Every time I go in.

Love this place and we have been coming here for our boys for four years. We even moved an hour away and decided to keep the same pediatrician. Dr Croft is amazing, kind and very personable. I highly recommend her!
